Would give it zero stars if I could. Took two hoodie jackets in there, one had to be sent out for "special" cleaning which cost $70 because of leather print on the back. When I finally went to go it a month later because they never called me to tell me it was ready, the hoodie string was missing (which could only be removed by cutting it off) and they tried telling me it was never in when I brought it in to begin with and that I'd have to call their "special" cleaners myself to sort it out. They ended up saying they'll look for it and it's been another month almost and no update. So glad I paid $70 for them to ruin my jacket, what a great first impression. read more

Had my girlfriend drop my dinner jacket, French cuff shirt and slacks off and then when she picked them up, she paid and was told everything was there. Well when she brought my clothes to me, my pants were not with the outfit. Those pants are a pair of $120 Calvin Klein slacks that I use often. I tried to call and they were closed. I was going to leave a voice message and they "Haven't set one up yet". It shows a lack of care for clients and unprofessionalism. BY FAR the worst experience with dry cleaners I have ever had. This is the first time I have ever had my clothes cleaned here, and it will be my last unless they fix this immediately!!! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!! read more

I visited Carmel Cleaners yesterday, for the first time and was very pleased with the representative, Ossie. She called two close-by cleaners to ask for the favor of squeezing me into their schedule. After successfully locating Premier Cleaners, I went and totally forgot the type of cleaning that was recommended, due to the material. The representative, Ann did her best to understand what type of cleaning I was requesting. I felt embarrassed by my inability to remember what was told to me and did not want to consume any more of her time, so I changed my mind about the cleaning. Ann remained calm, friendly, and professional as she recognized my demeanor. She took my jacket, information and gave me a receipt with a date and pick up time. Today was even more memoriable as she was even more caring when I returned for pickup. And my garment looks amazing!! Thank you, Ann for being so caring!! The husband and wife (presumably) that owns Premier Cleaners is what keeps me coming back and recommending it to friends. It's like the Cheers of Dry Cleaning because they know my name and number by memory. I'd absolutely recommend Premier Cleaners over chain dry cleaning spots in Carmel. Quick turnaround as most items are available within 24 hours. Don't bother with their mailer coupons as all items are always 30% off so it's a little like Bed Bath and Beyond - it's a discount, but not really a discount. I see you, Premier Cleaners. read more

Oh my gosh! This cleaners has the best customer service. I needed to have my wedding dress cleaned for a renewal ceremony, but I was hesitant because of all the beading and rhinestones and detailing. One of the owners assured me that she could clean the dress and that she would be the only one to touch the dress. Also, if there were any problems she would contact me. Long story short, when I picked up the dress it was so clean that it looked brand new. They did an awesome job and did it in only 4 days! Premier Cleaners is the best hands down. read more

I go out of my way to bring my clothes to Premier Cleaners. Carmel Cleaners on Main Street is more convenient for me, but I had a couple of bad experiences there. At Premier Cleaners the service is friendly, well priced and truly excellent. Recently I dropped off a couple of suits and shirts. They were set for pick-up on Wednesday evening. I found out my husband's travel plans had changed & called to see if the clothes could be finished sooner. Not only did they say no problem, they also called to let me know the clothes were located and when they would be ready. I can only imagine what a pain it must have been to search for the clothes. I was pleasantly surprised by this dry cleaner!!!! I had an urgent need for 2 suits and 4 shirts to be cleaned. My daughter was in town and needed them for residency interviews. With the time crunch of an hour and a half I asked if they could at least do one suit and 2 shirts. They were very kind and she said she would do the best she could for me. I came back and everything was cleaned and pressed to perfection!! They wished my daughter good luck and we left smiling and very happy! I will never go back to my other dry cleaners again. I picked up a two-piece suit after they had dry cleaned it, put the pants on, the zipper was broken. I went back to the store (after calling them) and showed them the pants. "Hmm, your zipper is broken". Yes, it is, but it wasn't broken when I brought it in for your service. "It had to be, because we always put a note on your item to inform you". But, there was no note and (repeating myself) it was NOT broken when I brought it in. "Well, it must have been broken and we just failed to put the note on". Frustrated to no end and seeing they were not going to do anything, I left the store and I will NEVER return! I will NOT ever be called a liar by someone providing me a service, which I paid for and expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. We just moved to the Carmel area, since I don't know where all the businesses are, I decided to use their coupon for my husbands shirts (1.99 advertised) . Stopped by their store on Friday and asked for the shirts to be ready on Saturday. She charged me the regular price. I told her, you are advertising on your store window 1.99 why r u charging me regular price? I even showed her their coupon. She looked at it and said : " you asked for Saturday. we can't used ALL THE WORDS! " What is that suppose to mean ? ALL THE WORDS in the dictionary? Or ALL THE WORDS in all the languages? She looked at my coupon and did not see anything about "exept saturday". TWO words . Their FALSE advertisement cost them a royal cutomer and supporter of small/local business . I asked her for my shirts back, she rudely pulled them out of the bag, held her hand up in the air without putting them on her counter. I will never go there. I my way home, I passed by another dry cleaner and they were glad to have my business and even accepted the premier coupon : ) thanks god , someone knows about CUSTOMER SERVICE.
