I called again a not even 10 minutes later using *67, making the call anonymous. Interesting how they answered the phone RIGHT away for that call. Finally got an answer to a simple question I had about my dress and if it was ready (because it was supposed to be by today). By the way, this is an important event that I need this for & the timing is crucial--all it takes is simply answering the phone to assure your customers of when their item(s) will be done, shouldn't take more than 5 minutes of your day.
