What could improve would be customer service. I only come here to get alterations done, and I love the woman who does it--NO complaints about her. She's great! However, the staff does not answer the phone or return calls "promptly", as they say--voicemail left or not. They answer faster if you call with *67 "anonymously". My dress was supposed to be ready either today or yesterday, I was in the area, hoping to pick it up, but no one would return my calls or voicemails to let me know if it was done. I even waited all day yesterday and now all of today--no returned calls. I called on my phone number and was sent straight to voicemail today. I called again a not even 10 minutes later using *67, making the call anonymous. Interesting how they answered the phone RIGHT away for that call. Finally got an answer to a simple question I had about my dress and if it was ready (because it was supposed to be by today). By the way, this is an important event that I need this for & the timing is crucial--all it takes is simply answering the phone to assure your customers of when their item(s) will be done, shouldn't take more than 5 minutes of your day. read more

Just picked up a $600 St John blouse that had a spot to be removed. Asked for consult before I left the blouse for service. Spot is worse....double size! Blouse is ruined.....and I had to ask to see blouse and had to pay for the subpar service. Manager said too bad! Will never use again! read more

Tide returned a mans suit with multiple slits in the fabric. The damage was on the back of the jacket and the arm. They promised multiple call backs. They suggested it was moth holes. They delay, delay, delay and then do not call back, as promised multiple time. I would highly recommend NOT using this dry cleaner. read more

8 AM: I'm sitting here in the parking lot hoping an employee will appear. I have an incredibly important funeral to attend at 10 AM and sent my dress in for same day dry cleaning. Family matters kept me from picking up same day, so here I am the next morning, 8 AM, waiting for an employee to hopefully appear and open the store. The staff is disorganized and not knowledgeable at all on the services. She couldn't even guarantee someone would be here at closing time for my dress pickup yesterday. 8:18 am: an employee showed up and said, "Thanks for waiting. I really needed rest." This same employee opened the store late yesterday and said same day service couldn't be guaranteed. The lack of assurance is just hurting this business. I would've gone elsewhere but I just moved to the area and don't know where else to go. Not here. Not again. read more

I have to say...I agree with him. I have a suit, It is my favorite suit. This is often a suit I wear when I give presentations or lecture in when I am teaching at Indiana University. I actually wore it for a big presentation right before dropping it off at this location. Today I put it on and wore it to a wedding. As I was sitting there awaiting the beautiful bride to walk down the aisle, I noticed a huge spot that appears to be some sort of chemical stain. I looked like a real buffoon! Attached is an email exchange and picture of my suit, which the owner promised to fix. When I picked it up, the stain was still there and I was charged a full amount. I had some patches sewed on a leather vest. The seamstress did an awesome getting it to me on time and putting the patches on. She did sew through part of the liner but it's not removable so no impact to the functionality of the vest. Only person to see it will be me. I'll use them again. read more

This place is falling apart. I dropped my uniforms off on a Friday morning. Was told they would be ready Monday after 6. They were still not ready Monday after 6. I go back on Wednesday afternoon to pick up, still not ready. I show up on Saturday to pick up, the place is closed when normal business hours on Saturday is 8-5. I show up a 4th time to pick up my clothes a full week late and as I sit in the parking lot they are still closed @815AM, Supposed to be open at 7AM. Will not be back. read more

DON'T DO IT. This is worst cleaner/laundry ever. They LOST over $700 worth of our clothing. At first, they were apologetic and assured us they would "take care of this." Then...NOTHING. They stopped responding. Would not return calls. They are completely unwilling to resolve an issue that is 100% their fault. A one star rating is for the poorest service. Our pants were dropped off with clear confirmation we needed same day cleaning which we were assured would happen by 6pm. I arrived the following morning for pickup and was told our pants still weren't done and wouldn't be until Monday. In fact, they were at a downtown location so I couldn't even pick up dirty pants. The employee that was working wouldn't provide an short term solution to fix the situation or long term solution indicating an apology by Tide for the error. I was really excited that Tide offered to do front line workers laundry for free! I'm a single mom with two kids that change clothes constantly plus add in summer pool towels and working full time. I'm always behind. What a great gift!! ... well... they gave me a huge bag of someone else's clothes and lost half of mine. There was no manager to call me Friday evening so didn't speak to someone until Monday. They did "find" another bag but it had been a week since I had dropped off and I had to buy towels as we didn't have any. Still missing a load. The items are sent downtown to be washed with all the outlying locations. On top of that.... the job was really bad. The clothes are wrapped in plastic wrap (environmentally poor) that caused things to be very wrinkled. They didn't smell fresh and clean and I would be shocked if they had used fabric softener. The towels were rough and flat. Clothes were dingy and smelled like they sat in the washer. Several items were ruined. Many I had to rewash. So.... free turned out to actually cost me in replaced items and I had to rewash a lot of clothes myself anyway. Do yourself a favor and take your clothes to Royal Laundromat in Fishers a few miles away if you need this service. They wash them right there and will hang items as well. Everything will be fresh and clean and washed on-site. Great idea, but Tide was a huge disappointment in execution. read more

I never write reviews but so frustrated with Tide Cleaners. I called my husband to run and get my dry cleaning tonight because I never quite know when Tide closes. Of course, true to form, he got there around 6:50 (posted closing time 7:00) and the door was locked. Someone was inside working but just looked at him and did not open the door. I've asked for the lockers be used for my clothes but that seems complex to those I ask. I probably spend $150-$200 a month there. I get the struggle to find employees but the locker system seems like a win win. Figure out how to use them if you can't figure out how to be open when you say you are!! read more

I've been going to the Hazel Dell location for two years now and I've only experienced one mishap. There was a new hire and she accidentally mixed up my rush order with my regular order, however, they genuinely apologized and made it up to me. Every other experience has been outstanding! They do a great job and have excellent customer service. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The only suggestion I would make is to make the rewards program based on quantity cleaned or dollars spent instead of visits to the store. read more

New to the area and decided to give them a try based off of convenient location. Dropped off 3 table on Wednesday, June 29th. Told the girl at the counter that I had to have these back by end of day on Wednesday as I was leaving for a work trip the next today. Showed up today and she couldn't find them. Told me the best she could do was call her manager and call me back. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me there is no way to get these as there was a shortage of driver and they outsourced them downtown and downtown location was closed. Well turns out that was a lie. I called downtown she apologized and said they would locate them in the back and give me a call back to pick them up. Also mentioned that the table cloths hadn't been dry cleaned yet. I started driving downtown from Noblesville as I am leaving tonight and had to have 1 of The table skirts for an event in the AM. As I exit off 70 the downtown location calls again and says sorry sir but we actually don't even have these. They never sent them to us. They must be in their store somewhere. So I wasted an hour and a half in the car and still don't have my table skirts after a week. And was lied to several times. Bold strategy. Won't be coming back here, strongly recommend Classic Cleaners it's worth the extra few minutes from this dumpster fire. read more

While I am still disappointed with that specific interaction, the owner contacted me to learn more after I had left some feedback. He was very sincere and listened to what the challenge was. The only reason I am giving them a one is because zero is not an option. I just read other reviews and I as well took a very expensive vintage rain coat to them to be cleaned. When I got it home, I noticed the belt was missing...I have called repeatedly for six weeks now...the manager from the downtown location, Ashley, promised they would resolve this issue. I have called, emailed and left numerous voicemails for her and the owners; I am told their names are John and Mike Schul, and have not heard a peep from them. Not only did they ruin my coat, the manager at the Hazel Dell location in Noblesville basically called me a liar when I told her the belt was with the coat when I dropped it off and she said, "Well, we have it on video and there was no belt", well, did you consider it's a black belt on a black coat and probably can't be seen...DUH! I have called the corporate number, they are unwilling to resolve this issue as these are "franchise" stores. I DON'T CARE!! YOU LOST IT!! They offered to "make me a matching belt", SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, this is a 30 year old coat..."make me a belt"! NO THANK YOU! I considered small claims but they probably wouldn't show up to face me anyway. Yes, I'm angry, this is a very expensive coat which I now cannot wear because the belt is missing...BEWARE! I took my favorite, never-been-washed king sized blanket to Deering. I had one exactly like it (Hotel Collection and nice in a different color) that another dry cleaner ruined. I was cautious about having this one cleaned! The young gal who waited on me was confident and knowledgeable and very thorough...even suggested I ask the first dry cleaner to steam and stretch my 'ruined' blanket. Great thought! Less than a week later I have my beautiful blanket back from Deering and it's in PERFECT condition. Really great experience and I paid $16 less at Deering than I paid the co. that ruined my first one! Very happy customer! read more

By far the worst experience I have had with a dry cleaning service. Brought a U.S. Navy coat to have rank sewn on (included 2 stripes and 2 stars on the sleeves). The first time, they got 2 stripes and 1 star placed correctly. The 2nd star was not aligned properly. Brought it back on a Tuesday to have it corrected. Picked up on Saturday and the seamstress had not even started making the correction. The coat is needed for an upcoming military course and it was apparent that the staff did not consider this issue important - as they had the coat for a total of 2+ weeks. To further complicate this issue, the dry cleaning I picked up was of a sub-par quality. Would absolutely caution anyone to utilize this service as I am confident a company committed to customer service exists. This one DOES NOT!!!!! read more
