I pulled my robes out to have them cleaned to find the rochet covered in mildew. This was a disaster! I took the rochet and the chimere to Royal Cleaners fearing the worst. When I received the robes back from cleaning, all of the black mildew was gone and the rochet was white and spotless. This last time I took them in I specifically requested for this to be done. And I was charged extra for the service. However, I've come to realize as I've worn the sweaters I've had to pay more than that. Three of them came back with holes. I went in to see them about it, showing them where the damage had been done and the guy just wanted to argue with me. I knew that they wouldn't do right as I also took a cashmere T in at this same time that was never returned to me. Since I trusted them I didnt think to take inventory before leaving, so it wasn't until later I realized it wasn't with the other bagged sweaters. I called them then too and they just said, sorry it's not here. And I couldn't prove it so had to let it go. This time I could, but I still get the same attitude...not their problem. They will no longer have my custom even tho they are the only laundry-mat left in Lebanon.

They didn't clean the toilets, didn't vacuum, and just wiped all the dirt and dust to create wet globs that will now take even more time to remedy.
