Indy Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

Indy Carpet Cleaning did all of my carpet, a couch and a large rug -- I could not be happier! Leo and his assistant were SO professional, efficient and thorough. They assessed the job, ensured the extras I requested were applied to the proper rooms and went to work. I am so pleased with how clean and soft and restored all of my carpet looks. Almost like new again. The quality is high and the price extremely fair - especially for the quality results. Highly recommend and will most certainly call on again! read more

very disappointed in my most recent experience where I had them scheduled for a week and less than 24 hours in advance their time changed 4 hours later for arrival. moved schedule around and then they were 3 hours later than that so I had to cancel. they have not tried to get me rebooked even though I've been a customer for years...unprofessional read more

They arrived several hours late and what was stated as included on the website - fragrance, heat cleaning were extra. The carpets were in a rental home so VERY dirty but honestly didn't look any better, and smelled worse. Took quite a while to dry and LOTS of "debris" needing cleaned up. read more

We had Indy Carpet Cleaning clean our upholstery before Thanksgiving. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and when we needed them, even during the busy holiday season. They did a beautiful job on our sectional. They were in and out within 90 minutes. We were told to let it dry overnight, and it looked like new when we got all of the cushions back on. I would definitely use them again. Love that they're local. read more

They won't stop calling me! I inquired about services, and they called twice in 3 days. And then again a few days later. I followed up with a message saying I've gone elsewhere because their frequent contact is overwhelming. They are still calling me leaving messages! I had to block their number, but the voicemails are STILL coming through. PLEASE STOP PESTERING ME!!! read more

nice people, good service, fair price, great result. cleaned bedroom after numerous pet accidents. Was 1/10th cost of replacing that carpet. Looks like new. read more

I appreciated how easy it was to find pricing and book a service. In the time it took me to find them, look at the options, schedule our cleaning, and get it done, the other business I requested a quote from didn't even respond once. They did good and quick work and the everything looks and smells great. read more

They were able to come to our house within 24 hours of me contacting them. Very professional and prompt!

Great communication before appointment, followed by excellent customer and cleaning service. I am so glad I went with this company.

Well run operation. The two techs were on time. They spent a fair amount of time pre-treating carpet stains. To clean 3 rooms/hall, sofa & loveseat was about two hours. Very thorough on the furniture, about 45 min on them. I've used three different vendors for this. I'll be using Indy again next time. read more

Thanks Indy Carpet Cleaning for wonderful service & our carpets look great! We appreciate your timely response (booked a week earlier than another company!) & are so happy with the results of your hard work! Definitely recommend this company (we got the recommendation for them from someone on the Nextdoor app that uses them for his home & business) read more

I requested service online from 3pm-6pm time range and it was confirmed via email, text, and phone. I took a half day from work, spent quite some time moving furniture and small items, and every little thing (which is not an easy feat when you have kids) out of carpeted areas just to have them cancel on me at 1:15 because I would not be ready at 1:30 - and hour and half ahead of my appointment. Very unprofessional! Time and effort wasted. read more

This is a very well run service company. I was very impressed with the entire process and the results are exceptional. The entire house smells amazing after having our area rugs cleaned. I will use their services more often now that we have had them out. The price was also very reasonable. read more

Excellent service. They were extremely professional. Took care with our home. The carpet looks amazing. In one part of our home the carpet is over 10 years old and it is totally refreshed. We had an area where we had pet stains and it was completely addressed. I am very happy to recommend Indy Carpet Cleaning. read more

They were very professional, reasonably priced, neat and did a wonderful job. I have my carpets cleaned annually. It was by sears but since they had closed I have been having a hard time to find someone who did as good or as better job in the last 10 years. I finally found one! Indy carpet surpassed Sears cleaning and all the previous ones I have tried since Sears closure. Indy Carpet made it on my contact list for next year so I don't forget who did a marvelous job. Shout out to Leo and Ricardo!!! read more

Four cleanings (2 chairs and spots on an oriental throw and a new carpet) all came out well. Good service techs and timely.

Fantastic service. Dustin came out, on time, and cleaned the carpet in our great room. We had issues with cat urine from the previous owners, so out cat has visited those spots a couple times. Our carpet looks brand new and smells amazing! It's now ScotchGuarded too! And all for less than $100! Definitely recommend!! read more

I had checked out the reviews of several carpet cleaners before I chose this one. It had all 5 star reviews (on the Internet, not Yelp) and one 1 star review by someone who said they didn't show up. I read ICC's reply and it sounded as though they tried but couldn't reach the client. I believed them and chose them because others that had a dog said that they did a great job on eliminating pet odors and that's what I needed in a couple of areas. If that's what you need, be sure to choose the pet odor elimination option. They were very professional and great with notifications. I am not sorry!! They did a fantastic job and they're now my new carpet cleaner! Give them a try. read more

I have used this company multiple times now every time they, let you know when they are heading to your house, and name of the person cleaning your carpets is. I recently moved into a nee house that still had the original 20 year old carpet still, and with my two big dogs they get the carpets dirty quick. My dog had an accident upstairs that actually stained the carpet Stanley steamers attempted to clean it but couldn't, then I used Indy carpet cleaning and the stain is completely gone I was in total shock that it's gone. Definitely will continue to use this company and pass their name along. This company is very professional as well with phone call reminders the day before. read more

I tried Indy Carpet Cleaning for the first time earlier this month and they did not disappoint! All I can say is WOW! We had some stains from previous tenants' pets and some from our own pets and EVERY stain came out! Some of these stains were from over 5 years ago and no other cleaner was able to remove those stains. I am in awe! The gentlemen were on time, polite, professional and speedy! (3 rooms and a hallway done in an hour. Drying time was 4-5 hours as promised). I HIGHLY recommend Indy Carpet Cleaning and will definitely use them again! read more

I have used this company twice - once just for furniture and once for furniture and carpets. They do a FANTASTIC job! The techs were on time, professional, and our once toddler-destroyed carpets, couch, and ottoman look like new! Can not recommend them enough. read more

I can't recommend this company enough. I move to Indy 4+ years ago and when I needed my carpet and furniture cleaned, not knowing of any carpet cleaning companies, I picked "Indy Carpet Cleaning". Now I use them every year. My experience with this companies has been great. The communication is easy, prompt and friendly. The prices are affordable for my budget, which allows me to clean as needed and on a regular basis. I get the same man, Leo, each time and I am more than pleased. He's very thorough, competent and careful with everything he cleans. I feel he goes above and beyond with his abilities and customer service. He's a real asset to this company. So, great company and staff. I would absolutely recommend this company. read more

Cleaner called ahead and showed up on time. While his van had no branding on it he was uniformed. My house was empty because we just moved in, 4 bedrooms and a living room were cleaned in about an hour. The cleaner was friendly and directed me on how to get the carpet 100% dry once he left. He had an iPad which allowed for both check or credit card payment. I would use them again and recommend them to friends. read more
