I had checked out the reviews of several carpet cleaners before I chose this one. It had all 5 star reviews (on the Internet, not Yelp) and one 1 star review by someone who said they didn't show up. I read ICC's reply and it sounded as though they tried but couldn't reach the client. I believed them and chose them because others that had a dog said that they did a great job on eliminating pet odors and that's what I needed in a couple of areas. If that's what you need, be sure to choose the pet odor elimination option. They were very professional and great with notifications. I am not sorry!! very disappointed in my most recent experience where I had them scheduled for a week and less than 24 hours in advance their time changed 4 hours later for arrival. moved schedule around and then they were 3 hours later than that so I had to cancel. they have not tried to get me rebooked even though I've been a customer for years...unprofessional read more

They arrived several hours late and what was stated as included on the website - fragrance, heat cleaning were extra. The carpets were in a rental home so VERY dirty but honestly didn't look any better, and smelled worse. Took quite a while to dry and LOTS of "debris" needing cleaned up. read more

We had Indy Carpet Cleaning clean our upholstery before Thanksgiving. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and when we needed them, even during the busy holiday season. They did a beautiful job on our sectional. They were in and out within 90 minutes. We were told to let it dry overnight, and it looked like new when we got all of the cushions back on. Well run operation. The two techs were on time. They spent a fair amount of time pre-treating carpet stains. To clean 3 rooms/hall, sofa & loveseat was about two hours. I requested service online from 3pm-6pm time range and it was confirmed via email, text, and phone. I took a half day from work, spent quite some time moving furniture and small items, and every little thing (which is not an easy feat when you have kids) out of carpeted areas just to have them cancel on me at 1:15 because I would not be ready at 1:30 - and hour and half ahead of my appointment. I have used this company multiple times now every time they, let you know when they are heading to your house, and name of the person cleaning your carpets is. I recently moved into a nee house that still had the original 20 year old carpet still, and with my two big dogs they get the carpets dirty quick. My dog had an accident upstairs that actually stained the carpet Stanley steamers attempted to clean it but couldn't, then I used Indy carpet cleaning and the stain is completely gone I was in total shock that it's gone. I tried Indy Carpet Cleaning for the first time earlier this month and they did not disappoint! All I can say is WOW! We had some stains from previous tenants' pets and some from our own pets and EVERY stain came out! Some of these stains were from over 5 years ago and no other cleaner was able to remove those stains. I am in awe! The gentlemen were on time, polite, professional and speedy! Cleaner called ahead and showed up on time. While his van had no branding on it he was uniformed. My house was empty because we just moved in, 4 bedrooms and a living room were cleaned in about an hour. The cleaner was friendly and directed me on how to get the carpet 100% dry once he left.
