Had a recliner and a sofa/recliner that had sat in an unfinised basement for almost 20 years. Both were sweat stained and dirty. I was ready to toss them when I finished out the basement but decided to give TCK a shot at it. For a price lower than the sale price at the other guys, they came in and did an amazing job. Recliner looks brand new. The sofa has one very slight discoloration from the stain but is barely noticable. Worker was courteous and professional throughout. Arrived on time and worked for much longer than I expected trying to get it perfect. Again , the pieces were almost 30 years old and spent most of that shoved in the corner of a basement/workshop! Can't recommend highly enough. read more

I highly recommend TCK Carpet Cleaning. I originally used them a couple years ago because I found a Groupon and just needed something reasonable to clean carpet in a house we were selling. But they wow'ed my socks off at the job they did, and I have used them several times since at our new house. Just yesterday, I had a carpet emergency. Our poor dog became ill, and I was certain our carpet was ruined. But TCK got me in today, and my carpet looks like new. I don't know how, but I cried tears of joy. Quentin did an amazing job, and I can't recommend he and this company enough!!! PS: I have referred TCK to friends, and they love TCK just as much as I do. read more

I needed my carpets cleaned within a week, and called several who were not available. Dakota and Quentin accommodated me and got them done by deadline--whew! I love supporting local business, and these guys are professional, competent, and kind. They also have an enzyme treatment for pet urine: but after initial cleaning, the one spot didn't even need the extra treatment! I was thrilled. Their cost was the most reasonable. TCK is the best! Thanks, guys. --Susan, Indianapolis read more

Was planning on throwing away my sectional because we're moving found out that the place was larger than expected so needed the sectional to go with us. TCK came in and about an hour did not disappoint I showed the picture to my son and his exact words were "damn the couch looks new". If you understood how picky my son is about everything this was a lot coming for him thank you Mr Quinton for your time, your expertise and your patience that I saw you have with those spots we will be calling you again when needed!!! read more

TCK was highly recommended by a close friend and our carpets were overdue for a steam cleaning. Scheduling online was a breeze and a confirmation was received including a calendar reminder which I love! The small businesses owner texted while he was on his way, offered add on services last minute, and was in and out leaving only beautifully cleaned carpets behind. The small details mean the most and the pricing was well below industry standards. He's a one man show that knocked it out of the park! read more

Dakota was great! He was extremely friendly and took care of all of our needs for an amazing price! The before and after was amazing! He called to confirm, came early once he verified we were there, came in explained his process and what he would specially treat (high traffic areas) and after each room verified we were satisfied! I'm so glad we were able to hire him for this job and will most certainly recommend him and use him in the future! read more

Quinten has been cleaning my carpet for about 3 years now. He's, punctual, a does an excellent job, and is very customer oriented. We had an elderly dog that occasionally had accidents. TCK was making monthly visits and we never had had an issue scheduling on short notice. We have even had to call once for a carpet emergency and he was very accommodating. The prices are the best around, and the quality and service can't be beat! read more

Quentin came same day after our puppy got sick all over our WHITE area rug. We were afraid to let it sit too long, and he was the only one who would make the effort to come out the same day. I thought we might have to throw the area rug out, but he cleaned it to where you couldn't even tell! He also did it within 30 minutes at a minimal charge. I couldn't be more thrilled! I don't have to buy a new rug! read more

Quinton always does a great job. He always gets out pet stains (senior dog sometimes has accident). We had a minor emergency with our dog bleeding on our carpet overnight. He came out on a Saturday and had the carpet looking great with no stains. He is always prompt and polite. I will be a customer for life. read more
