We had a rug, 2 chairs, and our shower cleaned/resealed. The initial service took care of the rug issues. Because the shower still showed evidence of mold, we called. Nick who serviced us, returned and addressed the issue as well as a few stubborn places on a chair. He was professional and attentive to our concerns which we greatly appreciated the responsiveness and attention to these issues. The shower cleaning is more expensive than other services. read more

"This business engaged in bait-and-switch pricing, property hostage tactics, and extreme price gouging against a 25-year military veteran.1. The Bait-and-Switch: The company came to my home, measured my rugs, and gave me a verbal quote of approximately $600. They had me sign a phone screen to approve the service. No $4,800 price tag was ever shown to me or verbally disclosed.2. Property Hostage & Price Gouging: Three weeks later, they returned with my rugs and suddenly demanded $4,800. This was eight times the original quote. The company claimed the employee who quoted me $600 no longer worked there. They held my property hostage until I negotiated with the owner, who dropped the price to $3,100. Under intense pressure to get my property back, I reluctantly authorized the $3,100 debit card charge.3. Substandard Work & Misrepresentation: Upon unrolling the rugs after they left, the quality of work was completely defective. The rugs were hung crookedly and damaged. Furthermore, the company charged me premium rates under the false pretense of cleaning high-end, thousand-dollar 'oriental rugs,' when my items are actually cheap, standard area rugs.I am filing this complaint to publicly document this company's predatory, high-pressure tactics and terrible craftsmanship to protect other consumers and military veterans." Plus, I paid for extra padding also. read more

Christian Stubbs was a terribly unprofessional tech. He wrote into comments offensive comments misrepresenting comments made prior to the cleaning. Where he stated "this stain won't come out" and we responded that is fine since we just need a cleaning done, he quotes us in comments that "we LITERALLY said we don't care what the carpet looks like because we're moving ". We NEVER said that. It seems he was being vindictive because we did not want upgrades. He stayed there were pet stains when THERE WERE NONE!!!! He was a petty and vindictive person and I highly recommend never letting him into your home! read more

Hands down, the absolute BEST experience I've ever had with a cleaning business. Our 10 year old sofas were in need of deep cleaning due to multiple large family gatherings over the past few years. Demond thoroughly explained the process he chose to use and was extremely meticulous throughout. I am blown away by the results, the last time they looked this good was when they were purchased. I can't recommend Sani-Bright and Demond enough, I am a very happy - and repeat - customer! read more

We first moved onto our home, you could tell the carpets needed cleaned. We didn't know who to call. So we do like most uneducated people do and call the big companies. They all tried to sell us this and that, but all we needed was the carpet cleaned. We had our air ducts cleaned and the tech gave us SaniBrights card. We called them, told them what we wanted, and they gave a price. Came on time, in a beautiful wrapped van. The tech was smiling, pleasant and polite. Asked if there was anything else we needed once he was done, no sales pitch. This is a great family owned and operated business. I recommend them to our office manager. And now they've cleaned the carpets at work too. Talking with our tech, he told us their owner was overseas learning how those expensive Persian rugs are made, how to properly clean them, and care for them. He was proud of his newly wrapped truck and uniform. Said they just got a mascot too. Gave me some of his new business cards to pass out here at work and church. Great service and quality of work from a tech that enjoys his job, deserves to be rewarded. Thank you for helping an otherwise tedious task turn into a great working relationship! read more

I had a cleaning set up for our house and I had discussed a price with their customer service team. When the technician arrived, the final amount to clean was going to be nearly $300 more than originally quoted. Very dissatisfied. We chose not to use them. Definitely felt this was a bait and switch. read more

First time patron, but the customer service and end product were 5 stars. The associate provided great information on the history and region of our Persian rug. We had picked it up from an estate sale and new nothing of it's value and history, but he filled in the gaps. Before and after pictures attached. read more

I've used this company in the past and did not have any problems. However, I believe it's under the son now and the father is hands off. Just a guess. The owner is very unethical and unprofessional. I didn't appreciate the hug from the technician that came into my house either while a man was not home. Also didn't like how he would not leave my home until I paid for services. However, I told him I was on the phone with my attorney and to leave my house. (I did this via text per my attorney's recommendation). The owner then charged my father's card after about a week of not collecting the funds. I was busy that week and unfortunately the owner was not understanding. I think the quality of work has gotten worse, and in my opinion, the people working there should get training on ethics, professionalism and what behaviors are appropriate and inappropriate when at a customer's home. The new owner has a chip on his shoulder in my opinion. Not the kind of person who should be running a company. It's too bad because this was once a great company. Knowing the new owner he will jump on here and attempt to "politely" attack me. I left a lot more information out solely because people need to make a living and my hope is they take this as a learning experience and do better. I won't be giving them a second shot though. read more

Update: I recently found out Sani bright made claims my rugs had pre existing conditions that didn't exist. Making unfounded claims there was fringe damage and fiber damage is unethical. What's worse, this was not discussed at drop off with me and I did not see any pre existing conditions marked on the receipt. A reputable company would discuss any issues with the rug at drop off and put detailed notations on the receipt. I dont know if they added the pre existing conditions after I signed my receipt or not. In my case, there were no issues with my rugs but Sani bright said there were and said he discussed them with me. This was not only untrue....you can see there is no fringe and fiber damage! Merchant claimed they take before and after photos of every rug they clean but they delivered mine where they missed a step. Obviously, they do not take the pictures they say they do. These chemicals sat on my rug for nearly 2 weeks which must explain why they could not get the stains out. After delivering my rug after recleaning it, they attempted to just drop it off without examining it but I requested an inspection. When stains were present, they didn't have an explanation except the owner would need to come out. He never did. They said they had nothing to document the findings on so I had to make a copy of their delivery receipt so they could document. The merchant later claimed there were no stains in spite of documentation! The other 2 rugs were exposed to excessive wear and tear. Film left on one rug and another doesn't look like they dried it flat because the sides curl under. Clearly, they are not equipped to clean fine oriental and antique rugs. Sani bright made no effort to refund the cost of the rug they stained. I was only able to recover the cost of the cleaning but I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. What's worse , Sani bright attempted to state they did nothing wrong! Fortunately, I had pictures of the stains, along with the true condition of the fringe and fiber. I found out the hard way that positive reviews may not always be enough. It's about how a company handles their mistakes. read more

I have used Sani-Bright for years. I love their technicians, and their cleaning results have always been outstanding. Today, they removed a wine stain from an expensive carpet. I was delighted with the results. HOWEVER, I was disgusted to notice they slipped in a fuel surcharge on my invoice of $15 for a 4.5 mile drive to my house! This erodes my trust in them as a business partner. I hate that I must find another vendor for future work. read more

Do not use this company! Had a terrible experience. Our rug came back worse than how we left it with them. When we reported the issue, we were asked if something happened to the rug since the 2 days prior when we picked it up. Very disappointed. We are now left to purchase a new rug as ours is ruined. Do not expect to have good customer service with this company. After posting this review, I was informed that if I removed my negative review that then they would be willing to fix the issue and clean the rug. I will reiterate that this rug was unwrapped from pick-up in this condition. Completely unacceptable. Be sure to inspect your rug and unwrap from the plastic prior to leaving. read more

Excellent service. My wife was impressed with their cleaning service and of course if she's happy then I'm happy Hahahaha. They cleaned my whole house for a very competitive price and the best thing about it was that my carpet was saturated with water! It took about 4-5 hours to dry! Impressed. If you use them, use me (Jeremie) as a recommendation! read more

The young man who cleaned my carpet was polite but seemed very disoriented and confused. He did a pretty good job. I wasn't unhappy

Sani-Bright did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and sectional couch! They made our five year old sectional look brand new...which is quite a task in a house with three children who think it is okay to eat on the couch! They arrived on time and Kyle was a very friendly and professional technician. We will definitely use Sani-Bright in the future! read more

Jeff C....Great People to do business with. The original quote was like $149 and it was only $116 for a large wool turkish rug. How many companies would charge you less that quoted? They loaded up the rug for me and went over the top to make sure I was happy with the job (basement had water and the rug got soaked and molded) To top it off, they called and e-mailed me when the rug was finished. Great Service....will use again for sure!! read more

A++!!! Will definitely do business with Sani-Bright again. They were prompt, courteous and gave me a call about a half hour before arriving. When I first called to schedule the appointment and get an estimate, via Angie's List, they were helpful and accommodating. When I called back about a week before the appointment date to reschedule, they were a pleasure to work with and had no problem rescheduling the appointment. The services I was told about by the helpful gentleman are something I'm definitely considering looking into further! Thanks Sani-Bright! read more
