    First time patron, but the customer service and end product were 5 stars. The associate provided great information on the history and region of our Persian rug. We had picked it up from an estate sale and new nothing of it's value and history, but he filled in the gaps. Before and after pictures attached.

    Getting my house ready to be sold. My carpets were in need of a deep cleaning. They came out and spent hours doing so. Carpet looks the best it has in years. Service technicians were nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.

    Update: I recently found out Sani bright made claims my rugs had pre existing conditions that didn't exist. Making unfounded claims there was fringe damage and fiber damage is unethical. What's worse, this was not discussed at drop off with me and I did not see any pre existing conditions marked on the receipt. A reputable company would discuss any issues with the rug at drop off and put detailed notations on the receipt. I dont know if they added the pre existing conditions after I signed my receipt or not. In my case, there were no issues with my rugs but Sani bright said there were and said he discussed them with me. This was not only untrue....you can see there is no fringe and fiber damage! Merchant claimed they take before and after photos of every rug they clean but they delivered mine where they missed a step. Obviously,they do not take the pictures they say they do. These chemicals sat on my rug for nearly 2 weeks which must explain why they could not get the stains out. After delivering my rug after recleaning it, they attempted to just drop it off without examining it but I requested an inspection. When stains were present, they didn't have an explanation except the owner would need to come out. He never did. They said they had nothing to document the findings on so I had to make a copy of their delivery receipt so they could document. The merchant later claimed there were no stains in spite of documentation! The other 2 rugs were exposed to excessive wear and tear. Film left on one rug and another doesn't look like they dried it flat because the sides curl under. Clearly, they are not equipped to clean fine oriental and antique rugs. Sani bright made no effort to refund the cost of the rug they stained. I was only able to recover the cost of the cleaning but I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. What's worse , Sani bright attempted to state they did nothing wrong! Fortunately, I had pictures of the stains, along with the true condition of the fringe and fiber. I found out the hard way that positive reviews may not always be enough. It's about how a company handles their mistakes.

    Do not use this company! Had a terrible experience. Our rug came back worse than how we left it with them. When we reported the issue, we were asked if something happened to the rug since the 2 days prior when we picked it up. Very disappointed. We are now left to purchase a new rug as ours is ruined. Do not expect to have good customer service with this company. After posting this review, I was informed that if I removed my negative review that then they would be willing to fix the issue and clean the rug. I will reiterate that this rug was unwrapped from pick-up in this condition. Completely unacceptable. Be sure to inspect your rug and unwrap from the plastic prior to leaving.

    The young man who cleaned my carpet was polite but seemed very disoriented and confused. He did a pretty good job. I wasn't unhappy

Fast forwards a few months and my parents decided to get rid of their rugs, but wanted their tile to be professionally cleaned. That brings us to today. Clinton, the co-owner of this cleaning business, came by and got the job done! Not only was he easy to talk to, he was also very professional and an overall kind and patient person. He went as far as to get more equipment to thoroughly clean the floors better. He also was very honest honest and seemed knowledgeable on what chemicals were okay for certain types and stones used. We are very pleased with the results and the overall experience provided. I would recommend them to anyone! Our original flooring had been discontinued and we'd worked with several companies to find a similar style. After weeks of searching, we reached out to Trent's Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. He found the exact flooring we wanted and said he could start right away. We also opted to have Trent's replace carpet in areas insurance didn't cover. He said the flooring would have a lifetime warranty and would not chip or scratch. He promptly took a $10,000 deposit, only to later tell us we couldn't get the flooring we picked. We ended up reluctantly agreeing to a different floor Trent suggested. From day 1, we had issues. He positions his company as a family business operating with integrity, but I would challenge that. Trent never visited the job once work began and did not manage the project. I had to act as liaison between him and his workers. The days and times they showed up were never consistent and rarely communicated. Throughout the process, Trent tried to cut corners -- despite insurance covering the cost. Workers would show up unannounced, and Trent would call expecting us to pick up and move everything for them. With 3 young kids (including a newborn), this is not realistic. Not to mention, insurance covered moving as an exact line item. Trent also tried to re-use broken shoe molding and quarter round instead of replacing -- again, items specifically covered by insurance. Several damaged pieces of flooring were installed and they were clearly frustrated when we asked for them to be replaced. We had to constantly inspect the work and confirm items were being addressed. By the time the job was "done", we just wanted them out of our house. When it came time to pay the balance, Trent collected nearly $5,000 in additional "overhead and profit." He came to pick up the check without doing a walk through, asking for feedback, or thanking us. Right away, the flooring started chipping from the smallest things -- a Norwex mop, a small plastic toy, etc. We emailed Trent on Nov 4, which he never responded to. Shortly after, we noticed water around the downstairs toilet. A plumber told us the wax ring was not replaced when the toilet was reinstalled after the floor work. Ironically, Trent had a plumber connect and disconnect our water softener, but didn't use one for the toilet. On Nov 21, I reached out again. After several follow ups, he finally came out Dec 9. Trent acknowledged the chipping and the water damage, though stated several times they always replace the wax ring. He said he'd file a warranty claim for the chipping but couldn't return until the New Year to replace the water damaged flooring. I followed up Jan 6, Jan 23, Feb 9, Feb 16, Feb 20, and Feb 23. Trent said he was waiting on the warranty decision before addressing the bathroom floors. Despite multiple follow ups, there was no decision. On Feb 23, Trent sent workers to do the repair with zero guidance and no replacement flooring. I contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed Trent had never filed a warranty claim. When I asked if I could file it myself, I was told it had to go through Trent -- who clearly does not take care of his customers. It is now Mar 30. Our water damaged floors have not been replaced, the $200 plumber bill has not been reimbursed, and nobody has contacted us about a warranty claim.
