The technician who came out yesterday was so nice and friendly! It was my first time using this service and he made me feel at ease and we actually talked about our families, raising kids, and being in a military family. It didn't take long at all and looks and smells great after! I did 3 rooms, stairs, and a hallway. We will definitely have them out again in the future and would recommend this service. We have a 20 month old so it's also nice to know there aren't any harsh chemicals that he has to stay off as it's just super water. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Avoid this company if you expect quality work My tenant paid Zerorez Indianapolis to professionally clean my vacant rental property in Whitestown, IN on April 13, 2026, and then paid again for a second cleaning on April 20, 2026 after moving out with pets. I live out of state and trusted the company to do the job correctly. When I inspected the property on May 27, 2026, there was still a shocking amount of dog hair embedded in the carpet even after TWO cleanings. I shared photos and was basically told they would do nothing unless I paid again because the 30-day window expired. A professional carpet cleaning company should not leave behind visible pet hair after two appointments. Completely disappointing experience. I would never hire them again. read more

I appreciated the great work done on short notice -- Chad kept me apprised throughout the process, since I couldn't be onsite at the time of service. Sent me a before/after picture that blew my mind. I thought the carpets weren't 'too bad' but they were actually YUCKY -- read more

Easy to schedule. Prompt. Efficient. Staff was polite, considerate of our home and were thorough in cleaning the carpets and vents.

Yesterday was the third time I have used Zerorez. This experience was similar to past experiences. I like the level of communication and I feel overall the technicians are polite and easy to work with. I was disappointed yesterday though that the technician lost my check. He came back and asked if I would write another which I did. I called the office and explained the situation. I am disappointed the office did not offer to compensate me for the stop payment of the lost check. I've never had anything like this happen before and I am uncomfortable with the situation. I also had at the August special where I was supposed to receive the protectant applied in one room. I failed to ask the technician which room he applied it to and he did not tell me, It makes me wonder if it was applied at all. This is as much my fault as it is the technicians, but it is disappointing. read more

Confusing Pricing -They DON'T back their work- Damaged Carpet. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! My 3 reasons I don't recommend Zerorez Indianapolis: #1 I called to schedule and was told pet treatment was charged by the gallon of treatment used. The actual technician who did the job said that was wrong and that they charge per sq Ft. My bill was $hundreds higher than expected vs phone expectations. Borderline bait and switch. BAD COMPANY - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !! #2. After cleaning in December '23 with pet treatment applied I did not use that room in our house. In Feb'24 I went to use that room again and it smelled as if it had not been cleaned. I called to ask if they could reclean and was told I was beyond their 30 day guarantee and I'd have to pay again. The room has been unoccupied and unused, bathed by sunlight with humidity and temperature maintained by hvac the whole time. BAD COMPANY - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !! Treatment clearly does not last - they clearly know it. #3 I also found areas of my carpets (high quality relatively new - installed in 2021: 60 lb density w/memofoam pad) that were frayed from their cleaning machine. BAD COMPANY - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !! read more

Let me show you the service I received from Zerorez and judge for yourself if you'd ever use them. My carpet has been ruined. They turned two high traffic area stains into an entirely ruined living room space floor area that even an area rug can't cover. Response to business: You only offer a limited times whenever you can send a certain person out. You have also canceled on me whenever he wasn't available to come out. read more

I had them clean my carpet and looked like it was never cleaned, left several stains in the carpet

I had used and recommended another carpet cleaner for over 20 years. I really liked the technician who did my work, but their customer service became subpar. I am really satisfied with the results, costs, and experience with Zerorez. Highly recommend. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews more before booking this company. $400 for stairs, landing, hallway, primary bedroom w/ closet. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER in the cleanliness of the carpets. After 8 HOURS with fans on, the carpet was still wet! In addition our home now smells like a wet dog and we just built it 3 years ago. What a waste of money. read more

Second time I've used them and they are super professional. One guy cane to the house and cleaned our upstairs and stairway which is about 2000 sq ft. Finished in about 3 hours. Carpets looked great. I like that they don't use chemicals. No crunchy carpets afterwards! read more

This was our first time using Zerorez. I have heard their ads on WZPL many times and decided to call. The schedule process was very easy and the person who answered the phone was very polite. The technician who was doing the cleaning called about 20 minutes before he arrived and listened to what we needed. He was very polite and very professional. I am ecstatic over how my carpets turned out! We had a lot of pet stains and Derrek explained that they might not all disappear but they do look so much better than they did before! The stairs look great! He was here for over two hours and the price we paid was very reasonable! We will definitely have Zerorez back in the spring to do our downstairs carpets and would highly recommend them to anyone who asked! read more

Great customer service, we are very impressed. We had them come out to clean pet stains left behind on the carpet from the last owners as well as our sectional sofa which had a few pet stains as well from our cat. The stains did not come all the way up on the carpet or the sectional the first go around. However, they happily came back the following week to try and get the stains and the odor out. The second attempt made a world of difference. We paid around $300 for 2 rooms, set of stairs and our sectional with no charge for them to come back the 2nd time. Tevin was great and explained everything to us regarding the process. Very happy! Use code $10OFF for your first service if you want to check them out! read more

Great service, on time, good quality work. Happy with service, very smooth experience Will use again!

I had a great experience with Zerorez. Every employee I encountered was kind and professional. Scheduling and payment were super quick and easy. The techs were on time, thorough, and respectful. I'm very pleased with the chemical free cleaning. (There are a few high traffic areas that aren't as clean as I wish they were, but my carpet is old and, well, they are high traffic areas.). Highly recommend! read more

Zerorez was recommended by a former neighbor. They came out once, and I've since been inundated with "specials for 3 rooms/ $119." This was perfect for me. HOWEVER when I called I was now told there would be an ADDITIONAL $25 charge --for what? -- And then when they get here I KNOW will be another charge, and another. I am so tired of being taken by these carpet cleaners! Nothing in my email " three rooms for $119" said ANYTHING about any additional fee just to come out to my home! I'M SHOPPING ZERO. JUST BE HONEST FOR ONCE. Oh ... they left a DEAD BUG right by my bed. Of course they denied it. My carpet was thoroughly vacuum before they "cleaned" .... so? read more

I put off having my carpet cleaned because I wanted to avoid the hassle, but Zerorez made it simple. I could sign up for a slot online, they called and confirmed, they called when they were on their way and arrived on time. The technician was super friendly and my carpets cleaned up way better than I expected. There were a couple of stains that didn't come up, but that's to be expected. Overall, my carpets look great! read more

Zach at Zerorez did a great job on our carpets -- they look and smell fresh and clean. He was on time and courteous, and gave us recommendations for keeping our carpets in good shape. Above and Beyond with customer service. I was dreading this...I always clean myself but the carpet has been abused by kids and pets and needed a pro. DAN was amazing! Read reviews and thought it would be good. Have messaged office with no response yet. Not sure what # to call. Used their service yesterday. Tech extremely nice in explaining things; not pushy . As of 5:30 am this morning, after 13 hrs, my carpet was still not dry. And the house smells terrible; extremely musty. Even my dog was sneezing. I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies and it always smells fresh. Makes me wonder if spots in hallway will come up. They looked like they were coming up again this morning (1 day later) and yet when others have cleaned, the "spots" don't reappear till months later. I was told it could be my pad; however, the spots should still clean up. I was impressed on what was pulled out of the carpet; however, too much water was used if carpets were still wet after 13 hours. And why the smell? I shouldn't have to pay extra for a clean smell and I've read plenty of reviews how other's carpet was so fresh smelling afterwards. Very frustrated as I needed my carpets to be cleaned as I'll be down for surgery soon. Update to post yesterday---at home 6:00 pm from work, carpet still damp in a few areas. One spot is in the bedroom and it's wet. And no it's not my dog. The door was closed all day. I feel the carpet in different areas, and there is a residue on my hand; I finally get a text late yesterday and they can come out and redo; drying time will take 4-6 hours; REALLY???? Almost 24 hrs later and still damp in area? I'm beyond ticked. When I do a review that comes across my email, they send me a coupon for free protectant. I need to be compensated and not with a new cleaning. Wouldn't surprise me if I'll need my carpet replaced. Photos off in color; however, you can see the spot definitely showing. read more

Called on Wednesday and was able to have an appointment first thing Saturday! We have very plush carpet and can be hard to clean ourselves but it was no match for Zerorez. Had them clean an entire 3200 sq ft condo. The technician stated "the machine isn't a sucking up the water very good, this isn't the truck I usually use". Instead of getting another truck or correcting the problem, my carpets were wet for 3 days. I am sire this isn't good for the carpet. On the Monday following the appointment, I contacted the company to get some sort of closure to this issue. Instead of giving me a percentage off due their poor quality of cleaning, they offered me 15% off my next cleaning. My question is, if I was not satisfied with their service, why on earth would I want to use them again! When I told the lady on THe phone the exact same thing, she got snippy at me, wished me a good day, then abruptly hung up on me. If you want your carpets saturated with water, give them a call. read more

After the first cleaning they even came back the next day when one area looked like it needed a little extra treatment. Very happy with the service! read more

2 hr window, 30 min advance call, very polite and carpet looks great. I also like the text communication, works well for me

In preparation of our first child, we wanted to get the carpets in our house cleaned. After living in this house for almost four years, the carpets were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. On the recommendation of some co-workers, we scheduled an appointment with Zerorez. The scheduling process was quick and straight forward. I called on a Monday and they were able to come out that Thursday. They call you 24 hours prior to your appointment day to give you an arrival time and the day of, you receive a call from the technician 15-30 minutes prior to arrival. Our technician showed up and was polite and courteous. He described everything he was going to do that afternoon and it only took about 2 hours to do our stairs, 4 bedrooms, a hallway, and a walk in closet. We allowed the carpet to dry for 6 hours before we walked on it. It felt sooo clean! Our carpets look brighter and I can tell that the dust and pet dander is significantly less. Which means I don't have to dust as often!! Score!!! It was a bit pricier that other carpet cleaning places but knowing that we don't have all those chemicals sitting on our floors makes it worth it. We will use Zerorez in the future as they also clean tile and grout, furniture, and any pet stains that we may have. read more

Adonis with Zerorez Indy is the man! He arrived earlier than expected, worked quickly and was extremely professional. My carpets are cleaner than I expected and my house never smelled like chemicals! Had these guys clean my carpeting in my apartment a few months ago. Very professional! They called to tell me they'd be at my place within 20 minutes and when they arrived, booties were worn so they didn't track in anything, and everything was explained to me about what the process would consist of. Their Empowered Water doesn't leave behind any residue or soap. Jeff, the Zerorez professional, pointed out a spot on my carpet that had paint on it. He simply treated the area and showed me a before and after of it. He didn't overlook anything! Zerorez is a great company and one you should call above anyone else! read more

We used Zerorez a couple of weeks ago for a few different services. We recently became a pet-free home after having two dogs for several years. We had some major cleaning to do. I had zero problems scheduling an appointment, and was actually able to schedule for the following Saturday morning. The company called 2 days prior to give me a window of arrival. Erik showed up right on time, went through their process and asked me to point out problem areas, etc. We asked them to do a lot - carpet cleaning in 3 rooms, 1 room tile/grout cleaning, and 3 upholstery cleanings. He was done in 3 hours, with everything looking brand new. The carpets were dry by that evening, and still look fantastic. I love that they do not use detergents or soaps, so it's better for us all the way around. Competitive prices, great customer service, and fantastic work. Highly recommend. read more

Cleaned but not the grout by the toilet? So did do most of what they said they would but disappointed the grout near the toilet is still stained. Don't think I'll use again. Also, in the 2 phone calls prior to the service and the service call no one ever mentioned the front door had to be kept open for the exhaust hose. This meant we had to quickly put the cats in a safe place where they could not escape which stressed the cats out (and us!) as they are indoor only cats. When your business depends on keeping doors to the outside open you should be warning your customers to secure pets ahead of time. read more

I havent had my carpets cleaned for almost 20 YEARS (!). In the past, I had never been satisfied with carpet cleaning, whether done myself or professionally. Plus, we have a pet prone to seizures, and chemicals in the carpet would not be good for him. So when I heard the ads for "empowered water technology" and "no chemicals," I decided to give Zerorez a try. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! The technician cleaned my carpets and 2 couches. Years of dog fur - gone! Stains I couldnt get out of my light-colored carpets - gone! The couch fabric is like brand new! Wow. The next week when I vacuumed, there was hardly anything in my cleaner canister - no dust, no carpet fiber, and best of all - no dog fur! How do they do it!? I have no idea...it must be magic. If you want fast, professional, friendly and courteous service, and beautiful results, I highly recommend Zerorez. read more
