My only regret is that I didn't take before and after pictures! Joe was friendly and responsive, arrived right on time and got stains out that I could not remove with multiple types of cleaners and also that did not come out last year when I hired a different company to clean the carpet, despite the guy spending about 30 minutes on one spot. Joe took what was probably a pen mark out of my white couch and some very old stains from my sister's dog out of the carpet. I turned on the ceiling fans to help everything dry, and my kids rooms were dry before they got in bed for the evening (10 hours) The couch took a bit longer, but it is dry 24 hours later and no crunchy/Dusty residue on any of the surfaces. What a great company! I can't say enough good things about these guys - thorough, responsive, professional, conscientious and caring - they went above and beyond! We moved into a house with carpet that was stained & had dog odors. The stains all vanished, they have attacked the smell and my carpets look brand new! We had a couple stubborn areas. They let me know ahead of time that if I needed a repeat clean for any reason they would take care of it and they did. Amazed. So thankful that we had them back to clean all our tile - that was incredible too! The dingy, dirty, stained grout and tile is now clean and sparkling. I would 100% recommend these guys. I've been using Real Green Cleaning for almost 12 years now. They came out again today and as always, everything was great. I have aging dogs (need I say more?!?) and the carpet looks (and smells) new again!!! They were prompt (quoted a two hour period of 2-4)and they showed up at 2:00 pm. They texted 30 minutes before arriving so I had time to get the dogs outside , but I really appreciate that so I can be sure we are here when they get here! They got to work quickly and were finished within 45 minutes. They did four bedrooms, my loft and the stairs. Very courteous, professional and friendly.
