The guy said it would take only one day to install (great, because it was stupidly hot and humid), but it ended up taking two days. Understandable, the original unit had been installed by someone who didn't know what they were doing, evidently. So they came back the next day and finished it. Then they came back the next day and got the old unit off our driveway where they'd forgotten it. Then, when winter hit, we realized the humidifier wasn't working, so we called and they gave us a 2 hour range where someone would come out. 45 minutes AFTER the range passed, the guy showed up. Turns out when STOOGE #1 installed the unit, he only installed it half way- he never connected the humidifier or a few other parts to the circuit board. Oh, and because he didn't finish installing the humidifier, water had been dripping onto the unit. Luckily it hadn't damaged it, yet. So then THAT guy says he's going to grab some parts really quick, he'll be back in an hour. THREE HOURS LATER, he comes back and says he'll just order the part, sticks a tube on the drip so it won't hit the unit, and leaves. We made an appointment for STOOGE #2 to return. Again, we got a 2 hour window, and again, I took the day off to wait. STOOGE #2 calls and says the part isn't in, so we'll need to reschedule again. So we re-schedule AGAIN. STOOGE #2 calls, 15 minutes after the 2 hour window ended, saying he took a Last-minute job installing a furnace, so he wouldn't make it out. So we had to re-schedule, AGAIN. Finally, weeks later, STOOGE #2 makes it out to finish the #$%@#$ repair. We have humidity. I go back down to check it a month later, to turn up the humidity, and there is water all around the unit. Because STOOGE #2 screwed up connecting the drain for the humidity. So once again, someone had to come out to fix that. And now, maybe 2 weeks after that, we have NO humidity AGAIN and we have to deal with this PATHETIC excuse of a heating and cooling company because we got stuck with THEIR warranty. Though, in terms of work missed because of these jerks, it might have been cheaper to just get a REAL company to do the work. This company is so bad, and the problems with them never end. I created this account just to make sure no one else is saddled with these "professionals".

I decided to take care of the baseboards myself using carpet cleaner, which I did. The company also asked if they could return to address the areas of concern. They immediately scheduled a return appointment, and Tom came back out and went over the two rooms again. As before, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Tom did an excellent job re-cleaning the carpets, especially the extremely stubborn ink stain, which he was able to improve significantly. The rest of the carpet looked great as well. I would definitely recommend this company. I gave four stars rather than five only because of the baseboard issue. Overall, they are good people who stand behind their work and genuinely care about making things right for their customers.

In 2025 my chimney was leaking. I contacted this company. On my invoice it said FLASHING…read moreSEALANT...we applied new sealant to the chinney flashing to ensure a watertight seal and prevent any potential leaks. Well I wasn't sure that the job was even done, because I didn't see the guy use anything, and it was like he kept shielding himself like no work was being done. When he was done pretending to work I asked about a warrant, and was told that it was a 3yr warranty. Afterwards I had the repair work done on the chimney inside the house from the leak (plaster). months later I'm having the same problem. The new plaster is wet. I called them out again, and because they did not want to honor their warranty I was told that I needed a new brick chimney. Of course I didn't believe them, and I told them if I did I wouln't use them. I called out two other companies, and of course I didn't need a new chimney! They never fixed the problem, and if they did it was not done to standard. Unfortunately months later I had to pay another company for a job that they were paid to do. They should have stood by their warranty. This sight allows you to edit your post, so right after posting I see that the owner responded...with all lies!!! I will not go back and forth with you. What would it benefit me to lie about your poor service. There were no before, or after photos provided. My chimney does not and never has had drywall around it. My brick work is GOOD just like the other companies has stated. No unrelated issues developed...none! That's why the other company (Cochran Exteriors) came out and did the job that your company supposedly had done....nothing more and nothing less! If I needed a new chimney I'm sure the other companies would have liked to had made more money like you tried to make, but my brick chimney is in good condition unlike how bad you're trying to make it seem. He used a vent camera to find and show me that it was a break in the dryer vent at the 90 degree bend with what appeared to be insulation. I was crushed. It had to be reconnected in the soffit. Scott said he could do it! He had the tools and other parts. Well it was more involved that he thought but he kept at it and fixed it completely! Tested air flow and all is good. This is one talented individual who will do a great job. He's professional, communicates with you from start to finish so you know what's going on, charges reasonable rates, and is very conscientious. Could not be more happy!
