We interviewed multiple companies, but Elite was by far the most thorough and reasonably priced. I honestly had no idea what to expect, but when Joel Sackett and his team came out, not only did they caulk (fill the gaps) repaint, and add the new trim color we'd selected, but they repainted (sprayed) all the exterior doors (including garage doors and metal fixtures), as well as repainting the entry way to the home top to bottom. The job overall, is fantastic and the team was absolutely the dream team. Fastidiously neat, respectful, and complete and utter perfectionists when it came to their craft. Awesome work Elite. Highly recommend these folks if you're looking to do any painting in or outside of your home.

After contacting 3 different companies for estimates and recommendations, Elite Pro's was the best fit for me at the time. I also liked that they provided a follow up review after a year. The startup was a bit delayed due to the weather(rain) and their spring rush. Once it did start, it didn't take them long at all. I never actually met or saw the workers, I just saw the progress in the evenings when I returned to the home. The project only took a few days. I was satisfied with their work and went with their recommendations for the job. I was pleased with the end result. Now that I'm in the process of buying a new home, I plan on contacting them again for projects.

Edited to address the owner's response: I actually think my photos tell the story pretty well…read more I've had 4 different paint contractors come to my home & all came to the same consensus: the tape BAKED onto the window trim's finish. This wasn't an issue on the windows on the North side. Why you ask? Because that side is shaded & if your theory were true, the finish should have been lifted there as well. Another thing I'll add now that I didn't add previously, I had to have an HVAC contractor out to address my AC since your crew covered my AC in 90 degree temps which caused it to overheat. Nevertheless, it's nice to see you can respond publicly yet couldn't be bothered to respond privately. Worst contractor experience I've had. Onit's crew damaged my home, refused to fix it, and went silent when I asked them to stop. Their crew taped and covered my windows in plastic in upper 80s to low 90s heat and left it baking in direct sun for days. Removing it stripped the factory woodgrain finish off my aluminum trim coil down to bare metal. Onit blamed "age related finish failure" and offered to sand and paint it, which can't replicate a factory texture. I had to file an insurance claim. The workmanship was poor: patchy, uneven spray finish, mismatched and uneven replacement wood trim, gouges in my Hardie siding, and screens bent by their pressure washer. (Onit subcontracts work out, and in my experience the subcontracted crew was not supervised) After I discovered the damage, I told the project manager in writing not to send the crew back over the weekend. They came anyway on a Sunday. I emailed the owner urgently to stop them. They both went silent, and more damage was done. The next day, Onit's own residential production manager called it "poor workmanship" and "not up to standard." I never heard back from the owner that day or since. Every step of holding them accountable, I had to push and escalate myself. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Onit to anyone. The work was poor, the damage was real, and when it mattered, they weren't there.

They came highly recommended from several people in our neighborhood, and the quote came in below our budget. The crew showed up fully masked even though they remained outside during the entirety of the project. Everything was power washed and caulked before the painting began. I would recommend this company for any painting needs.

Not gonna lie. I was dreading this task. Our house had not been painted (interior or exterior) in…read moreover two decades. It was looking rough. As a senior citizen, I'd heard all the horror stories about hiring painters and contractors who did poor work, or who didn't finish the job. I did my due diligence by getting several estimates. I am happy to report that Ruiz Painting did a terrific job. During the estimate discussion, Mr. Ruiz listened more than he talked. He is a smart and patient man, and took his time in determining the best course of action. He asked excellent questions, and quickly came to an understanding of my needs. We are selling our home, and wanted to make it as attractive as possible to buyers. He inspected the house carefully, making note of places where repairs would be needed prior to painting. I especially liked how he explained the process. When asked, he readily provided a certificate of insurance coverage. He was clear in stating when the work could be completed, and his crew met every deadline. They left the workspace sparkling clean. Mr. Ruiz is a young man, and his is a young business. However, he has a great deal of experience, and it shows. My house has been transformed, and is a delight to behold. I would absolutely use this company again, and highly recommend them.

While the project began within the allowable start window, the work is now months beyond the promised completion timeframe. We also had warranty work from exterior painting that we previously contracted with H&H Painting that needs to be completed. After more than 13 weeks of periodical work, one bathroom remained unfinished, the second bathroom had not been started, and the exterior painting was still incomplete. Communication throughout the project was extremely poor. Multiple emails, text messages, phone calls, and voicemails often went unanswered, and commitments for updates, schedules, and completion dates were repeatedly missed. I found myself spending significant time coordinating with subcontractors and managing aspects of the project that should have been handled by the contractor. Despite numerous assurances that schedules and plans would be provided, the promised follow-up communication frequently failed to occur. Even after sending a formal demand letter and requesting a resolution, progress remained minimal and I continued to struggle to obtain clear answers regarding completion of the work. Delays can happen on any construction project, but a lack of communication, missed commitments, and failure to provide reliable scheduling made this experience extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
