Robert started my job and left for vacation and never returned to finish the job. I should never…read morehave given him a large payment in the middle of the job. I did so because he said he was going on his first vacation in over 10 years. Days before he was supposed to return, he ghosted me and didn't respond to texts and phone calls. Then he texted me on the day he was supposed to return to complete my job and said he had started another job and had other jobs he needed to complete prior to finishing mine. Therefore, he said he would have to put my job on hold. He knew the movers were showing up in 3 days, and I was putting my house on the market in 5 days. It was important to list my property as soon as possible because it was October and I didn't want to list the property during Thanksgiving and Christmas. To make matters worse, I was selling a $5,000 leather sofa and he talked me into giving him the sofa for free. I don't think he ever planned on returning to the job because he loaded the sofa in his van without me seeing it. I texted him and asked if his daughter liked the sofa and he said he didn't have time to deliver it to her. Bob knew I couldn't wait. He put me in a horrible situation and caused me to list my property late in October. He constantly complained about not being able to find good workers. One quit after the first day on the job and another didn't show up again. It sounded like the problem with the workers had to do with pay. Also, Rob broke several windows while doing the job. I don't know what he did, but he didn't ask how to open them when he was having a problem and forced them open and broke the seal that closes the windows securely. To make matters worse, he didn't need to open the windows at all. The worker broke several clips that hold up the top decorative piece of the blinds. They were custom made blinds and I was unable to find the clips to fix the problem. Therefore, I had to replace 5 custom blinds with the blinds from Home Depot that did not look anywhere near the same quality as the ones in the other rooms. Bob did not tell me of the problem with the windows. I only found out when I cleaned the windows. If he had told me what he did, I may have had the time to fix the windows before listing the property. The paint he used was very cheap and if you tried to wipe off a mark, it left a smudge on the wall. He moved my furniture and never moved it back in place. After the movers came and moved the furniture, I found out he had not moved some of the heavier pieces and did not paint behind them. This all happened in late September of 2026. I read some of the other comments and thought that must have been earlier in his career because that is not who he is now.

Our home project was completed in just three days (one day earlier than first anticipated) and Bob stopped by each day to check in with us as well as the crew foreman. At the completion of the project, they did a great job of cleaning up all around our home and left us any remaining paint. Bob let us know about the warranty as well as how we should let him know of any touch ups that might be needed in the upcoming weeks and they will do the fixes.
