Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent service, and the way my concerns were handled have led me to decide it's time to try another cleaning company.

Depending on the size of the crew, they are in and out in an hour to 90 minutes - and our house is about 3000 sq ft. Second, they are quiet. They may chat in the beginning as they triage the house, but then everyone puts on their earbuds and all I hear is a vacuum. Working from home, it was essential for me to find a service that wouldn't distract me with lots of chatter. Third, they communicate well. My typical cleaning day is Monday, so I get a text by mid-day on Friday giving me a two-hour window when they will be here. Recently there have been a couple weeks where so many employees were sick, they needed to reschedule. They were very accommodating and apologetic about it. Finally, they just do a good job. They are not deep cleaners, but surfaces are wiped, floors are mopped, and the kitchen looks great. At the rates we are paying (very competitive!), I don't expect a deep clean every time. Oscar was very responsive and provided great communication throughout the entire process: from the initial estimate, confirmation the day before, and updates when they started and ended since we were not present at the property. Not only was the work done well, but it was also done at a very reasonable price. Once the job was complete, Oscar sent photos of the completed work to show us the outcome. When we arrived at the property, everything looked so much better and you could tell that there was a lot of effort put into making sure it was clean. Although there were a few things that were initially missed, we were able to reach out and they were more than happy to come back out and make sure it was taken care of quickly.
