At their request, I contacted multiple glass and shower door professionals, all stating the scratches are too extensive to repair and the glass cannot be replaced without replacing the entire enclosure. I obtained three quotes for full replacement, ranging from $1227 - $1736. In response, the company offered only $300, claiming the doors "still function", so they will not cover the actual cost to restore the enclosure to its previous condition. They could not provide the source of that estimate or any company that would "repair" the damage. $300 does not come close to covering the cost of the damage directly caused by their crew. I could not be more disappointed in this company or their response.

Since February, I have been noticing areas that were supposed to be cleaned but were obviously not cleaned since the previous owner. But after discovering today that they never deep cleaned the refrigerator and knowing that when I drove by the empty house after less than three hours had passed since they arrived but was still charged for three hours, I hit my breaking point and wanted to warn others. Not to mention the office staff called the day before to say they couldn't make it during their promised time and made me feel like an inconvenience when I explained they had to live up to their commitment because no one would be able to let them in otherwise.

Corners of floors and ceiling areas had debris and cobwebs. A relative of mine that helped us move does professional cleaning and called owner to discuss their manner of cleaning and to share advice. Owner was at job site and said all areas were cleaned and that it was dirtier than expected when he arrived and they did best they could. We recommended they stick with commercial cleaning as their standards for residential are unsatisfactory. Would not recommend them.

But then they kept canceling the regularly-scheduled appointments one day prior. This happened twice in a row. While I was able to reschedule the first one, they couldn't get me in for another week (ew). The second time it happened, they didn't offer any concessions so I just canceled the service altogether. The excuse they gave both times was that they didn't have someone available. If you don't have someone available at a certain timeslot, don't set it up for that.
