The woman cleaning essentially asked my husband for a tip by pointing out that she vacuumed the couch when she wasn't asked to. I told her the kitchen and bathrooms. She worked for two and a half hours. I appreciated that she worked longer than she had to, so I didn't want to take more of her time checking her work. Big mistake. When she left, I saw that the ring around my tub was still there. So were some dark fingerprints that a repair person had left on my bathroom wall the previous week. I didn't have time to coordinate another visit, so I got in the tub with some Soft Scrub and a brush and took care of it myself. I don't think the gal who cleaned was trying to cut corners. I think she is probably just one of Busy Bees newer house-cleaners. She seemed to have a good attitude but just needs some guidance. If you're going to use Busy Bees, then you might want to ask for a more experienced person.
