Monica is a wonderful, hardworking entrepreneur and the best cleaner around! she has been cleaning our house bi-weekly since 2020 and has made our lives so much easier in the process. I love coming home after a Monica cleaning day! Monica did a deep clean of our house for the first time this spring and we are going to get this more often! She and her team did a spectacular job! I did not know our house could get THAT level of clean. She gave us a quote up front of the cost and then depending on the length of time at the end, gave us the final amount. WOWZERS!!! I could stop there but let me explain. First, Monica is extremely professional. She works hard and it's only her and her assistant. I actually really like that it is just her and her assistant. So often when we have had cleaners in the past, the team was so large that I felt like I couldn't tell who to really go to...like who was in the drivers seat to address concerns? With Monica, it's super easy because you are always just working with her as the contact. We used Monica for a deep clean. Now, in full disclosure, she isn't cheap BUT this is good. Let me just say, she cleans in areas that I didn't even know I had! I knew that getting a "deep clean" meant a thorough cleaning but it seems like I could eat directly off of every single surface in my house (even the shoe shelf was immaculate). I had issues with my payment going through electronically and she was so patient with me. She stays on top of it (I can tell she is very organized) but was very understanding of the tech challenges I was having. We couldn't recommend Monica enough! read more

I have used Monica in the past and was thrilled with my service. We asked Monica to do a move in clean for us on our new house and I was extremely disappointed with her services. She tripled her price and said it was because she spent six house at our home but it didn't look or smell like anyone had touched it. Bugs were left in the window sill, she took the cabinets out of our refrigerator and didn't replace them and also didn't clean the fridge. The floor was still filthy, windows were covered in spiderwebs, the cabinets were only wiped halfway up and you could visibly see where she stopped, and the baseboards weren't touched. She was not apologetic about the situation and didn't offer to re-clean or give money back. **6/1 update: Monica reached out to come back and further clean for 2 hours but we decided not to accept the offer. read more

She cleans around appliances and doesn't clean the walls in the kitchen and doesn't clean the outside of the refrigerator. I am taking her to small claims court for her subpar work I wouldn't recommend her to anyone also she didn't dust my bedroom and said she did and the bathroom was half cleaned didn't clean window ceils and cobwebs around the sink and light fixtures.
