On the phone, the person I spoke with was professional and friendly, and the estimate and booking process was painless. They agreed to use my cleaning supplies, including my carpet cleaner, as I requested. I was told a crew of three people should take about 4-4.5 hours to complete the work. The team of three arrived in the middle of the arrival window, and took 4.5 hours to complete the work. They arrived masked and remained that way. Working from home, it was essential for me to find a service that wouldn't distract me with lots of chatter. Third, they communicate well. My typical cleaning day is Monday, so I get a text by mid-day on Friday giving me a two-hour window when they will be here. Recently there have been a couple weeks where so many employees were sick, they needed to reschedule. They were very accommodating and apologetic about it. Finally, they just do a good job. They are not deep cleaners, but surfaces are wiped, floors are mopped, and the kitchen looks great. At the rates we are paying (very competitive!), I don't expect a deep clean every time.
