I reached out to Guy painting about a year and a half ago for an estimate on exterior house painting. They responded quickly and got the estimate completed within a few days. They offered references and the estimate was very fair. We scheduled the exterior paint job within a week and they arrived on the correct date/time. They did a great job!! They cleaned up after themselves without any evidence of being there other than a perfectly painted house. They even left the extra paint for touch ups and future use. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago when I had new windows installed. I needed some trim work above the master bedroom repainted from the window installation. I reached out to Guy painting via email. Within 20 minutes I had an email back asking me to take a picture. I provided the picture and within another 20 minutes they had responded with an estimate of ZERO dollars!! This was a second story master bedroom window 20 feet in the air!! One of the painters reached out to me the next day (Michael Mazella) and the work was completed within a few days (weather dependent)! He did a great job and left my extra paint on my front porch. We had Guy Painting help us with the painting tasks needed for our Master Bath project. The quote process was simple and straightforward. Guy was flexible in scheduling as the other parts of the project were pushed back. Guy reached out to confirm start date and time when we agreed for a follow up conversation. We set a date and time to start. The team arrived on time, explained how the project tasks would be done and they started. The team asked questions when they had them and were open to our questions and our checking in on the progress. The job was estimated at 2.5 - 3.0 days and they completed everything, including cleanup, in 2.0 days. The completed work is fantastic! My particular paint job was not your ordinary request. We recently moved into our new home and the main level trim, window frames, doors and stairwell were all painted white. However, the upstairs and basement levels were not. Those levels had the original dark and dated wood. Jose and his crew did a phenomenal job prepping, sanding and painting the remainder of the window frames, baseboards and doors. Wow, that was a lot of work! I'd been seeing the Guy Painting trucks for months and wanted to get in contact with them. When I saw their trucks at a job (NE corner of 82nd and Sargent), I loved how they remodeled the home I thought was a goner. It looked like a brand new build. Then, I found out it was their new office. Case closed after that. We got an estimate and took advantage of the end of season pricing in 2019. The food hit, and they honored the pricing this spring amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Team was professional end to end. The only thing my detective eyes caught were a handful of holes from Carpenter bees that didn't get sealed. This is the 2nd time we have had Guy Painting out to do a big project for us. Last year (Aug 2019) they painted our whole home interior. We were so pleased to have them back again. They just professionally painted our kitchen cabinets, 2 bathrooms, and nursery! All the painting looks flawless. They do a great job fixing all drywall before painting. This was our first experience with Guy Painting but we have several friends who referred them. They did not disappoint! We had our 2 story entry, hall, study and master bath painted along with ceilings in the study and bath.
