I think the most frustrating part is the clientele unfortunately is comfortable with leaving washed clothes in the washing machine while they do other hordes. About a third of the washers are full, actually over full with clothes that have been sitting for at least 30 minutes? Frustrating. And offered a measly $500 compensation, the coat alone was over $500 !! Shaun was dealing with this issue and I believe they should pay her more for the total loss of her possessions as they should be held responsible for the loss.
