Prior to purchasing the package, I reached out to the business to advise them that I have an exceptionally large gown and I wanted to ensure my dress was eligible for the service before purchase. The business assured me that the size of my dress was not a problem and recommended I purchase the most expensive package due to the size of my dress. Therefore I proceeded to purchase the package. When I received the shipping materials from the business, as I feared my dress was too large to fit in the box provided. Therefore, I had to spend additional money in purchasing my own shipping materials to send my dress to the business. When I received my dress back from the business, I was mortified. My dress was packaged in a box not at all as advertised. When I inquired about the way my dress was packaged, they blamed my dress size. I requested a refund from the business and they refused. They offered $50 when I spent $449 plus additional money to buy a box. I would have never proceeded with purchasing this service had I known what I was going to get in return. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was excited to display my box and now I am out almost $500 and unable to do so.
