It's your clientele. It's become a chaotic, loud and noisy 3rd world street market. 3 times have I been in and machines weren't working because non-English speaking or reading "people" have wrecked the washing machines from pouring in powdered laundry detergent, etc. You're putting your employees in a lose-lose situation because these invaders won't follow the directions on the use of your equipment and are hateful towards your employees. It's pathetic. The other day, my last visit to your Nigerian slum, the sheer amount of screaming and unrealistic shouting and barking by your new clientele was intolerable. A literal Nigerian street market. It's ridiculous. Good luck on replacing your American clients with uncouth Africans. There's no standards of civility anymore. I'll wash my clothes on a rock at the White River before I wander into this disaster of chaos again.

They kept talking, saying they were dirty and come in a group like they want to take over the place. How bad it was for business and they were afraid they would scare away the good customers. Then they said it, they're black, not just black but foreigners. "Cant even speak good English, or at least pretend not to understand" Went on some more about " taking over, bad for business, and so on." I guess since I'm white they thought it was okay to spew their vile, hateful nonsense in front of me. News flash, not every white person in Danville is a racist. So if you think not mixing your whites with your colors applies to more than just laundry, this might be your kinda place. As for me, I will not be going back.

You can also park in front for short periods to load/unload. - vending with soaps/drying stuff and food/drink - free restrooms for customers - tons of carts to use - all machines are either coin OR card. Most that have gone to card form don't still accept coin but they do here which is great. - and an automated front door for convenience I definitely recommend this laundromat!

There are not many carts to use to organize clothing. The washing machines are decently priced at about $4/load. However, the dryers were over $2 per session. While 1 drying session will quickly dry your clothes PLEASE BEWARE that if you select the high dry temperature your clothes will get burnt!! I had 2 items that were recently purchased come out with gray char and over the last few weeks I've noticed that several of my soft plush pieces of clothes now have rough textures in certain areas. That is my major complaint. I'm so irritated about the dryers. There should be a sign on them to not use the high setting. I would never return to this laundromat. I much prefer Caribbean Clean.

I think the most frustrating part is the clientele unfortunately is comfortable with leaving washed clothes in the washing machine while they do other hordes. About a third of the washers are full, actually over full with clothes that have been sitting for at least 30 minutes? Frustrating. Anyway, it's not too expensive and it was not in a dangerous neighborhood so there's that. I will not be back.
