The building is clean, actively being attended to and the employees were very kind. Machines require quarters, $7.75 for a 6 load washer or $5.25 for a 4 loader. Extra large dryers are $.25 for 5 minutes. There is an ATM and a quarter machine on site. Don't plan to buy a soda, but if the vending machine doesn't eat your change and gives you an extra quarter back, that's mine. Consider it a personal gift from me to you. The 5 year old pictures of the "food bar" and games are definitely outdated.

The place is poorly organized as far as layout, employees could…read morenot look more miserable with their jobs, so many machines not functioning at all, and the place is overall pretty grubby. I think the most frustrating part is the clientele unfortunately is comfortable with leaving washed clothes in the washing machine while they do other hordes. About a third of the washers are full, actually over full with clothes that have been sitting for at least 30 minutes? Frustrating. Anyway, it's not too expensive and it was not in a dangerous neighborhood so there's that. I will not be back.

I took three pairs of pants to this store to be cleaned and hemmed. When I dropped them off, I was…read moretold that the alterations were sent out, so I expected the work to be done professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case. This is the worst hemming job I have ever seen. One pair of my orange pants was hemmed using bright pink thread, which is clearly visible along the hem. The stitching wasn't even secured properly--it started coming loose while I was standing in the store speaking with the staff. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told I would have to wait to speak with the manager, John, because he wasn't in the store that day. After paying $57 to have three pairs of pants hemmed, I now have to pay to have all three pairs redone correctly. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the alterations and the lack of an immediate resolution. Based on my experience I would not use them for alterations.

I have given it a few tries in the past year and have been disappointed with the quality and service. I picked up several items and was charged more than expected and questioned why they charged me for a dress and not a shirt. The gentleman that assisted me said you'll have to call Tonya back. I said, but this is a shirt and he said I don't have any control over that? I did not have time to dispute it. I then took a queen down comforter, and I was told it would take a week to get it back,which I understand. I was text within two hours of leaving saying it was ready. Management might want to address leaving early with the employee(s) who were supposed to be working until 7pm on August 27th. If you have a land line in the store, I have a suggestion. Require whoever is supposed to work until 7pm to call you at 7pm from the store land line. That way, you know they did not leave early...
