This laundromat worked when we were in a pinch. On a Sunday afternoon there was no waiting for machines and around 75% were in use. The building is clean, actively being attended to and the employees were very kind. Machines require quarters, $7.75 for a 6 load washer or $5.25 for a 4 loader. Extra large dryers are $.25 for 5 minutes. There is an ATM and a quarter machine on site. Don't plan to buy a soda, but if the vending machine doesn't eat your change and gives you an extra quarter back, that's mine. Consider it a personal gift from me to you. The 5 year old pictures of the "food bar" and games are definitely outdated. read more

No hot or warm water here! I used this laundry a few wks ago and though I picked hot for the wash it was cold from start to end of wash cycle. When I asked the attendant she told me - yes, hot water boiler is not working. I wasn't happy but it happens. So I tried again today. I asked attendant first. She said to her knowledge hot water was working. But wash cycle was cold. Manager was very rude and aggressive when I asked him why not put a sign on the washers or doors letting people know you don't have hot water? He gave me my $7.50 back and stopped the washer telling me to get my (soaking wet) comforter out. There aren't many laundry on this side of town so I guess they treat customers any kind of way, now. read more

I had 4 huge hampers of laundry and was at my wits end. I found laundry services here where they would do my laundry (and save my sanity). The owner and all of the workers were so nice and professional. My clothes were done perfectly and back to me very quickly. They also offer pick up and drop off laundry service. Go here! The staff is polite, plenty of washer and dryers, washing was like seven dollars though omg. It was huge in there but I went on a Sunday so it was hella people and kids. Laundromats sure are different nowadays! I actually don't mind coming to Jump! to use their oversized machines (which are brand new and in excellent condition). The place is spotless and there are even some full-sized video games to keep the kids (or you) entertained. They have complimentary Wi-Fi too. In addition to laundry supplies, you can buy scratch-offs, too. There's even a little snack bar that serves waffles, nachos, pizza, chips, ice cream novelties, soft drinks, coffee, and bottled beer (only $4 for Negra Modelo). There's old school R&B blasting from the sound system and HDTV showing sports on the wall above the dryers. Service is friendly to boot. Washers range from $4.25 to $6.25 per load and dryers are only a quarter(!). read more

Stopped in to wash big items and had a great experience. The cost of washing was $4.25 and drying is $.25 for 6 minutes. Even though there were several people doing laundry, there were plenty of machines available. Flat screen TVs are on the wall and we were able to watch the Colts game while we waited. This place is awesome! The brothers who work here are super sweet, funny, and so caring. They talk to you and try to know you and help you with anything you need! The washers and dryer work really well and it's not as expensive as other places for the amount of caring, cleanness, etc. I highly recommend this place if you have to do laundry. I typically hate when I need to go to the laundromat, usually they are very small and kind of dirty. But, oh my! Jump Laundry is nothing like I've ever seen. I never have trouble finding an open washer or dryer, even during their busiest times. All of the machines are new and very clean. They sell nachos, hot dogs and many other snacks as well as wine and beer! Talk about a good time while doing a dreaded chore. Nice atmosphere. read more

This was my first time going to a laundromat like this. The machines were huge, which is good because the one I have at home is so small. I was under the impression that this laundromat was open 24 hours. I was getting a bit weirded out when an employee kept vacuuming around me but never said they were "closed" at 1:30 a.m. Of course, I was the only one still doing laundry...minding my own business when I realized I needed to hurry up and get out! Ended up taking wet clothes, towels and rugs to my car in a mad rush, but the "silent employee" did hold the door for me. read more

One of the best laundromats I've been to in my life, probably the best in fact. The facility is bright, clean, and the equipment is newer and very well maintained. Not only that, but the service is impeccable. I asked the front desk if they sold dryer sheets which, during the time of COVID, they did not. I was fine with this and completely understood. Not even 5 minutes later, one of the owners came over with a pack of dryer sheets (with gloves on of course), and gave them to me for free. As a 20 year old, when I think laundromat I think older shows, older music than what I'd enjoy and a dull place. That's not to say there's anything wrong with those things but to say I don't tend to feel catered to in any way when I get to a laundromat. I LOVE the environment here, they make laundry fun! I've been driving out of the way to get to this laundromat rather than any other. This place is ran well AND priced well. There are ice cream/snack vending machines, games, tv's, modern and enjoyable music always playing. There is plenty of space to fold your clothes, multiple washer sizes to choose from including XL and the dryers are only 25 cents per, I believe it was 6 minutes. During this virus outbreak it's still running and I've watched them wiping things down and keeping everything spotless while I was in there. They have an ATM if you need to get cash out which has saved me on more occasions than I'd like to admit. I highly recommend this laundromat. They do a great job here and deserve the business. Dryer broke so to the laundromat we went. Washers, dryers and facility were clean. It was a little crowded on a Sunday afternoon I wasn't surprised though. defenitly not open 24 hours. I work long shifts 7 days a week and decided I'd try this place for laundry. Came up at 12:30 am and the doors were locked with the carts in front of the door to block it. I'm unsure why it's advertised as a 24/7 laundromat when it isn't. I came up there to do laundry, I never been in there ... and the lady that was at the little snack bar thing was very rude. When I first went up there she didnt want to answer my question about the machines and then I went back up there to ask for a cup.of ice water she gave me a look like you talking to me and then said, I dont know where I going to get it from ... then I told her i never been in here and she pointed to then refrigerator and said that that's the only cooler they have in there.
