It seems as if she was by herself, but she came around from the back so there could've been some other workers back there. They don't actually do the dry cleaning here they just have a truck come every day to pick it up so it takes three or four days to get cleaning back, but I was in no hurry so it was no matter to me. it's convenient for me. It is near a collection of places I go to regularly, so it was good for a quick stop and I will be back next week to pick it up. Prices weren't too bad, it seems like everything is getting more expensive. I have used them before and had excellent results, so I am looking forward to it again.

There are not many carts to use to organize clothing. The washing machines are decently priced at about $4/load. However, the dryers were over $2 per session. While 1 drying session will quickly dry your clothes PLEASE BEWARE that if you select the high dry temperature your clothes will get burnt!! I had 2 items that were recently purchased come out with gray char and over the last few weeks I've noticed that several of my soft plush pieces of clothes now have rough textures in certain areas. That is my major complaint. I'm so irritated about the dryers. There should be a sign on them to not use the high setting. I would never return to this laundromat. I much prefer Caribbean Clean.

If I had not taken it out of the bag and put it up mold and mildew would have developed. For the price charged to wash large comforters, this was not ideal for me. I would rather have come in and do it myself as I've done before. If you're going to charge large fees on drop offs, please make sure they are thoroughly dried before stating to the customer that they are done. I used to live on the far east side about 4 years ago. This laundromat was always very convenient…read morefor me and my schedule, because they are 24 hours. I now live near downtown, but will commute to this particular one because it is comfortable, familiar, and clean. They have various sizes of washers, all ranging from $1.75, up to about $5 (that's where I wash my king-sized comforter. Plenty of room to move around and get clean). They have a couple different size dryers as well, at $0.25 for 5 to 7 minutes--depending on the size you choose. They have several flat screen TVS always playing, with a variety of stations. There is also a game room ducked off in the back. There is a Foosball table available to play, as well as pool. They have an ATM, vending machines (or there's the gas station right next door, too), and an area where you can buy detergent and slushies (though I've never bought either from there) The staff there are always pleasant, and I appreciate that even though it's not in the best part of town, I don't feel threatened. My only complaint about this particular site is all of the machines out of order. I go at odd times of the night, so I don't really have to worry about fighting for them, but for those who don't have that luxury, it has to be a pain. I hope they can get their machinery together eventually for the greater good. As for me, however, I will continue to use this laundromat until I don't need to use a laundromat anymore!
