Quality of wash and fold depends on who is working. Inconsistency between employee quality. Younger employees need proper training for wash and fold. Price has increased. At laundry on Friday morning, there is trash on the floor and on top of empty washing machines. The front and tops of the machines are dirty and not well maintained. There were 9 out of 33 dryers and 9 washing machines out of service at the time. This used to be a clean and well maintained laundromat. The owner needs to give the facility attention before patrons go elsewhere. read more

I go there every week, on the same day. The clerk that is there, kathy, I believe, is very helpful and friendly. Kathy's customer service attitude is outstanding! They say the open at 7 but the rarely ever do. I've sat out there for an hour today and no one came to open it. There was about ten other cars that came and went also. I would not recommend getting all your laundry together early morning in hopes of getting it done before your day starts because most times no one is there to open it on time . read more

This place is a little more modern than I expected, a plus; however, there were bedbugs in several of the washers. I've never experienced seeing them in a washer. Tough industry, because they can't babysit everyone who washes or check every washer after every wash.... The attendants are very kind and helpful. They have a laundry card, which you can load money on. They also offer free dryers, hours fluctuate. read more

This laundromat is very clean, the staff are very helpful and nice, the prices are actually reasonable, they offer to do your laundry for you (for a premium, but hey), AND if you're an early bird, use of the dryers is FREE until 11 AM. I wish all the laundromats I encountered were as nice and well-run, and had such nice helpful staff, and great prices , except then I might not appreciate this one so much. Relative newcomers to the Anderson laundromat arena, Suds Express is conveniently close to us, and open from 7 AM to 11 PM every day, with free drying during select hours. It's spacious and clean, with good Wi-Fi, bathrooms, food and drink machines, and friendly employees. It also operates on laundry cards that can be recharged by cash or credit card, which is really convenient for people who rarely carry cash.
