The laundry experience at this location has taken a downturn. Clothes are "parked" in washers and dryers to reserve the units while customers stand and wait for an empty machine. The staff ignore and accept these selfish acts by patrons as the norm. There was no intervention by the manager on duty to correct matters during my recent visits. This place is clean, it has AC, and a ton of machines, all working. The only gripe is the cost. For a large machine it was $6.50 for light soil and cold water. Medium soil and warm water is $6.75, heavy soil and hot water will cost you $7.00. The dryer were pricey as well, though efficient. Large dryer was $.25 for every 4 minutes, took a little over 30 minutes per load. Medium dryers were $.25 per 6 minutes. read more

They are a combination of coin-operated laundry and tanning salon. Get a tan while waiting on your washer or dryer. I'm only reviewing the coin-op laundry side. I've never had sun-tanning here. ("How do they get the sun to shine only on those who pay?" is one of my favorite movie lines.) They do not do dry-cleaning, but that was the closest category to choose from. They are not 24 hours like some other stores in their chain. But this one is open until midnight if you need to do late-night laundry. About 6 or so flat panel TV's up on the wall. There's a "play land" area for the rug-rats if you need to take them with you. And the usual pop and snack vending machines. Prices are reasonable. Not quite as low as Indyland laundromat up at 38th and Mitthoeffer, but at least here they have hot and warm water. This place is clean enough for me, but not quite as scrupulously clean as Indyland. One of my pet peeves (about any coin-op laundry) is the need for the employees to clean out the soap dispenser thingees on a daily basis. They get a little grungy if you don't. You need a step stool to get to it and do it right on the bigger front-loaders. (Yeah, that's me. Mr. Cool-Suave-and-Sophisticated, man about town, who reviews the exotic restaurants sampling the world-cuisine world, doing his own laundry on a Saturday night in an ethnic part of town.) But hey, the staff here is friendly, and the neighborhood just a little nicer than 38th street. Another thing that makes it safer and nicer is that there are no other businesses on this property and none other that share this parking lot. So the only people you run into are doing laundry too. You don't get cross-over traffic from other stores. So I kind of like that. And they have some of the really big front loaders for large items or convenience of doing just one or two big loads. I want to know who owns this laundry mat. The lady working there was the rudest person I've met. I didn't realize it closed at 6 and I got there a few minutes before 5. I had plenty of time to wash my amd dry what I had but shs was rude and hateful. After her attitude I asked her if she owned the laundry mat and she said no but what I say goes. Paid $5.50 for superwasher to clean my comforters. Employee at desk was helpful. Kind of empty before 3pm. Free coffee for customers. No laundry card at this facility. Use quarters from the $1 or $5 change machine. Place was very clean. read more

I've been to this particular location at least 5 times since I moved to this side of town. Regardless, of how crowded it may seem I'm always able to get in and out within an hour and a half, regardless of how many loads of clothes that I have. I've been going here for years and it's one of my favorite places I frequent for tanning and laundry. The beds are always clean, the store is always clean and the workers are always friendly and helpful! Others reasons i like this business is because the clientelle are friendly as well, there is barely any drama and i feel safe here. They also have several tv's with cable and free wifi! Just left this place with bags full of wet laundry. Pros: reasonable price, reasonably clean, good tv, good music. Cons: wi-fi (just doesn't work. Signal good, but no Internet connection). I rebooted both devices twice, couldn't connect. Went to tell the desk, they argued then confirmed that it wasn't working like it usually does. But total attitude was that they did not give a "darn". Would have given four stars, but minus one for no wi-fi and minus one for attitude. read more

This place is always packed. Always. Jam packed full of people doing like 17 loads at the same time and taking up all the space. Super fun environment for kids and such to keep laundry time more fun, but it's just so overwhelming with people all the time. read more

This laundromat was nice--free wifi and cool ac inside. Just a warning: do not be lured in by the claw machine! There is a ten dollar bill that looks like it'll be easy to get but it is actually tied down! You've been warned. read more

Been coming here for awhile on occasion when in need of a laundry facility and been very pleased. Clean place and friendly staff. Love that you can tan at the same time and it's affordable. The free coffee and popcorn is a plus too! read more
