It is convenient having the tanning business next to it. Being a guy I don't tan. I mean you can if you want to guys. I'm not judging. To be honest I don't use laundromats very often, but I wanted to wash comforters and such, and my…read moremachine wasn't going to cut it. The biggest washers were $4.00 a load, and the dryers were $.25 for "about five minutes" (as per the words of the attendant). This seems somewhat expensive, but I did appreciate how helpful the attendant was (yes, I did need help figuring out how to use the washing machine :P ). While I was waiting for the bedding, I watched the attendant (owner?) hand ironing shirts, which I assume were part of the laundry service that this site also offers. The place is a little run-down, but I was impressed by how clean it was (including the tiny bathroom), and by the fact that there were several magazines and other (current) reading materials freely available in racks near the door. There were also a few (ancient) arcade games, and a couple of vending machines if you were desperate. However, since this place was in the same lot as Subway and near Taco Bell and Arby's, I don't think the desperate would turn these machines for their sustenance. Oh, I even asked folks on FaceBook which laundromat I should use, and a few of them suggested this place as well, so my favorable impression probably isn't too far off.

1 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT…read more From the moment I walked in, this place was a complete letdown. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. There is absolutely no reason customers should be treated that way when they are simply trying to do their laundry. Then there was the condition of the facility. DIRTY. Poorly maintained. And honestly, concerning. I actually encountered a needle top/syringe-related item lying on the floor. That is NOT something customers should have to encounter in a public laundromat. And let's talk about the machines... because apparently having machines that actually work is too much to ask. ‍ Nearly HALF of the machines were out of order. You're paying to wash your clothes, not to play "Which Machine Actually Works?" A laundromat should be: CLEAN PROPERLY MAINTAINED SAFE STAFFED BY PEOPLE WHO CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT WORTH THE MONEY YOU'RE SPENDING This place missed the mark across the board. Management needs to seriously step up. Clean the facility. Address the safety concerns. FIX THE MACHINES. And most importantly, address the way customers are being treated. Because customers deserve better than walking into a dirty facility, finding a potentially hazardous item on the floor, discovering half the machines don't work, and then being treated rudely by staff. I came to wash clothes, not lower my standards. I will NOT be returning, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this laundromat to others.

I don't remember how much it was here the first time I came months ago, but I know it wasn't $5 a wash, which is what it is now. The smaller washers are super tiny and cost $3.25 a wash. That's insane. Right now I'm sitting in my car while my things wash because it's so stuffy and warm in there I was sweating just standing there. I'm not sure about vending or the bathroom or even the dryer cost right now, but just the wash prices alone are enough to keep me from coming back. Oh, and the washer I chose to use I had to insert almost every one of the 20 quarters multiple times because they'd either get stuck, and I'd have to smack the machine to get them to come back out, or they'd just come back out on their own. Very few actually went in the first time. Lastly, one washer was full of what looked like washed paper balls that had shredded in the wash, and they were all over the floor in front of it. Whoever did it didn't care to clean up the mess they made. I'm not surprised. EDIT: I just switched to the dryers. When I put my wife's load in, that dryer had no issues with the quarters, but mine had the same issue with inserting them as my washer. The upside is, you get 8 minutes per quarter. There's one drink vending machine and it's $.75 for a can of soda, but the entire thing is sold out.
