Wishing to upgrade the memory of my 5 month old Hewlett Packard, I went to the regional store. I was given incorrect information regarding the type of memory I needed and the upgrade capabilities of my unit. I took the memory back. They sold me DDR2-laptop. It did not fit; I needed DDR3. This time I took a copy of the specs, not just a hand written memo with the model number. The sales person directed me to the 4 gig- DDR3 package and said this is what I needed. The RAM did not look correct so I showed him the spec sheet. Nope, that is what I needed. I raised concern again at the checkout and was assured this is what I should buy. When I opened the back of my laptop the RAM inside the unit was a fourth of the sizeof that in the new package. Upon inspecting the RAM, it was for a PC desktop, NOT laptop. Calling the store did not bring satisfaction. The manager, while apologetic, offered no compensation other than regrets. The RAM will get returned and I am ordering it from Hewlett Packard. You do not get a second chance to make a first impression. This store has lost my confidence and business. 12/6/12 - Went in the store with a friend and came out with a surround sound system! Obviously the sales staff did something right. Very helpful, informed and listened to my needs regarding speaker quality with an emphasis on dialogue. This customer has changed her mind.

Our less than three-year-old LG washing machine sprung a major leak on a Friday morning. After…read morechecking the LG website for certified LG repair service providers in the local area, I called Authorized Service to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day on Saturday morning. I was told that the technician would be there within the window of 8AM to 12PM and that he would call before arriving. True to their word, the technician, Tim, called a little after 8 to let us know that he was a few minutes away. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He was very efficient and proficient in diagnosing the source of the leak, a ruptured hose inside the washer, which was impossible to miss. However, I appreciated the fact he performed a thorough inspection of our washer to verify its condition to best troubleshoot the problem. Apparently, the hose that burst wasn't a part that usually fails, so he didn't have a replacement part to perform the repair on the spot. Fortunately, Authorized Service had the part in stock and he said he'd return on Monday to fix it. He was true to his word. When Monday rolled around, Tim called again a little after 8 to let me know that he was on his way. He replaced the burst hose. Upon performing a function check of the washer, another hose began swelling and leaking. He discovered a blockage to that hose, which was the reason the first hose ruptured. He replaced that hose, too, and everything was back to normal working order. All told, for both visits, he was in and out in under an hour. I was very pleased with the service we received from Authorized Service and especially from Tim, the technician that was sent to perform the repair. While I don't have any other experiences by which to compare prices, needless to say, I found their price to be very fair and definitely much cheaper and more convenient than having to drive to a laundromat or taking our laundry to the cleaners for an extended period of time. They lived up to every statement that was made to me with regards to my scheduled appointment window. I highly recommend Authorized Service for your appliance (at least, LG washer) repairs.

The rep that came out from this company arrived on time, but that's about as good as it got. The rep had 0 personality and was downright rude to my ailing mother. He came and went to look at the dishwasher and stated that it would need pulled from the counter. Why wasn't this stated before he ever showed up? Instead, he asked if we could remove it or had anyone we could call to do so. I dont know if anyone has something they can call to do such a task at 8 am on speed dial, but we sure don't! He then told us he won't risk taking it out and damaging the flooring, so instead pulled the bottom panel and stated that he'd have to order a part to repair it. My only concern is that without seeing the whole unit, how are we certain that the correct part is being ordered. I would love to tell what his name was. However, I was never provided with a name! Man had no people skills whatsoever, and for someone who works hand in hand with customers, I think he may need a new line of work!

The owner was super friendly on showing me around and filling me in on their plans. I notified Yelp the (502) number currently shown is no longer valid- if you look at my pictures there are two different local numbers shown. So if you were planning to check this shop out, delay no longer - but call first for open times and status. Glad I had the chance to get over here when I did.
