He then took them to the front of the store and loaded them into my vehicle. He went above and beyond because i was an idiot earlier in the day. He didn't know much but made a call for someone else who proceeded to walk up and just stand there at some point another dipshit built like a giraffe penis walks up and says "did ya try giving it a good slap?" Which at first I thought was just a joke but then I notice he has a condescending look on his face. They all 3 just contnue to stand there until I asked about buying a modem. Who trains these dudes? Are they just salesmen and work for commission. They were able to pass a drug test so it's like...you're hired.

The rep that came out from this company arrived on time, but that's about as good as it got. The rep had 0 personality and was downright rude to my ailing mother. He came and went to look at the dishwasher and stated that it would need pulled from the counter. Why wasn't this stated before he ever showed up? Instead, he asked if we could remove it or had anyone we could call to do so. I dont know if anyone has something they can call to do such a task at 8 am on speed dial, but we sure don't! He then told us he won't risk taking it out and damaging the flooring, so instead pulled the bottom panel and stated that he'd have to order a part to repair it. My only concern is that without seeing the whole unit, how are we certain that the correct part is being ordered. I would love to tell what his name was. However, I was never provided with a name! Man had no people skills whatsoever, and for someone who works hand in hand with customers, I think he may need a new line of work!
