If we could leave a 0-star review, we would! Had to call for extended warranty repair from lowes on our dishwasher. The rep that came out from this company arrived on time, but that's about as good as it got. The rep had 0 personality and was downright rude to my ailing mother. He came and went to look at the dishwasher and stated that it would need pulled from the counter. Why wasn't this stated before he ever showed up? Instead, he asked if we could remove it or had anyone we could call to do so. I dont know if anyone has something they can call to do such a task at 8 am on speed dial, but we sure don't! He then told us he won't risk taking it out and damaging the flooring, so instead pulled the bottom panel and stated that he'd have to order a part to repair it. My only concern is that without seeing the whole unit, how are we certain that the correct part is being ordered. I would love to tell what his name was. However, I was never provided with a name! Man had no people skills whatsoever, and for someone who works hand in hand with customers, I think he may need a new line of work! read more

Nope. Didn't follow the trouble shooting tree. They had me replace $1200 worth of parts before I went to another company. That guy found an $8 part bad just by following the guide and doing some basic trouble shooting. Sorry guys, I'll stick with the other guy. If you can't afford to throw money at parts, you might want to call another guy. read more

Our less than three-year-old LG washing machine sprung a major leak on a Friday morning. After checking the LG website for certified LG repair service providers in the local area, I called Authorized Service to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day on Saturday morning. I was told that the technician would be there within the window of 8AM to 12PM and that he would call before arriving. True to their word, the technician, Tim, called a little after 8 to let us know that he was a few minutes away. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He was very efficient and proficient in diagnosing the source of the leak, a ruptured hose inside the washer, which was impossible to miss. However, I appreciated the fact he performed a thorough inspection of our washer to verify its condition to best troubleshoot the problem. Apparently, the hose that burst wasn't a part that usually fails, so he didn't have a replacement part to perform the repair on the spot. Fortunately, Authorized Service had the part in stock and he said he'd return on Monday to fix it. He was true to his word. When Monday rolled around, Tim called again a little after 8 to let me know that he was on his way. He replaced the burst hose. Upon performing a function check of the washer, another hose began swelling and leaking. He discovered a blockage to that hose, which was the reason the first hose ruptured. He replaced that hose, too, and everything was back to normal working order. All told, for both visits, he was in and out in under an hour. I was very pleased with the service we received from Authorized Service and especially from Tim, the technician that was sent to perform the repair. While I don't have any other experiences by which to compare prices, needless to say, I found their price to be very fair and definitely much cheaper and more convenient than having to drive to a laundromat or taking our laundry to the cleaners for an extended period of time. They lived up to every statement that was made to me with regards to my scheduled appointment window. I highly recommend Authorized Service for your appliance (at least, LG washer) repairs. read more

After a month of getting no where with Sprint Appliance, the Authorized technician had the part ON HIS TRUCK and had my oven repaired within 10-15 minutes. read more

My Frigidaire refrigerator needed repair after only a year and a half. I contacted Authorized Service (Friday morning before Memorial Day weekend) and they managed to squeeze me into their already packed schedule. My service technician had to order a fan, so I was going to have to be without the refrigerator over the weekend. When the order went into the main office, they were able to find the part on another service van and get the part to my technician. He contacted me and asked if he could come back to repair my fridge later this afternoon. Thank you Authorized Service! read more

Just purchased a new Frigidaire Air Fryer stove from a big box store and had some issues with the control panel. I was advised to reach out to one of the recommended service providers on the list to do the warranty work and chose Authorized Service. I sent an email message that was returned quickly, answered a few questions and then got a phone call in short order to set up an appointment a week later. The service tech called when he was on the way and showed up when he said he would. I relayed the problem and he knew right away what was wrong. He already had the part in hand and explained the whole repair process and how he was going to fix it. Turns out it's an issue that Frigidaire is aware of and they are working on it but he already had a few of these and what he was doing to fix it is working. He also provided a few tidbits that I didn't know about my new appliance and offered some suggestions. He was super polite and was in and out in about 30 minutes. He also told us that if or when Frigidaire comes out with a different fix they would call me to arrange to come back and do whatever the recommendation is. I am really happy with the service I was provided and should I need service for any of my other appliances I will definitely call them again. Very very pleased!!! read more

Wow. Didn't know service this good still existed. They took the time to reply to me on a Sunday when they weren't even open. Technician came out two days later and was immediately able to both identify and fix the problem with my washer. Their prices are completely reasonable and the level of service is stellar. Lowe's extended warranty service call on a Samsung refrigerator. They are known as M-Mac Service, LLV DBA as per the email from Lowe's SA, same phone number, perhaps there's a reason for the name change. If I were able to give 0 stars that's what they would received. Had an appt schedule, received a call day before confirming and asking questions about the ice maker not working. Didn't get the guys name unfortunately but he proceeded to tell me that Samsung is a piece of junk and they have nothing but problems, right I found this out after owning one but that's beside the point. I surely don't need a service guy telling me this information. I was asked if I wanted it fixed right or just fix so it works?!? What kind of question is this!! Apparently, with all the issue with Samsung they have yet another fix out(keep in mind I've had 2 other service calls on this ice maker), I was told he'll have to order parts prior to him coming out. This seems rather odd as one would thing they would need to diagnose the actual problem prior to knowing the exact problem. He was insistent about this and also said he couldn't make out as he would on vacation the following week. Which lead me to ask how long to get these parts in which I never got a straight answer from him. He said he could probably get it fixed tomorrow but it wouldn't be Samsung's newest fix for the ice maker, told him it's dead and not working I'd prefer to get it fixed ASAP. He then changed his story as whether he could fix it or not. Which at this point I've already gotten the impression that this guys in vacation mode and not willing to come out and fix my problem or at the Very least take a look at it to see what's actually wrong. Again I asked him to show up tomorrow which was what my appt was and he said OK FINE I'll be there but it will be 6:30am and he hung up on me. Based on my experience with past service these guys don't start that early. But I'm awake at that time anyway, next day he's a no show, waited til noon which was my 8-12 timeframe. Called the company to find out what was going on and was told that my service called was cancelled. Seriously??? This guy actually called Lowe's and told them to cancel this service call as parts had to be ordered but someone needs to go onsite and diagnose the problem. What an idiot, that's what he was suppose to be doing. The lady I talked to in service apologized for this guys actions but that does me no good at all. Now have to go back to Lowe's to get another appt. its amazing to me that a Service tech can just decide that he doesn't want to do a job and is able to cancel your appt without me being notified. This guy was a real winner and had nothing but attitude. Very unprofessional from the start of his call, to him being a no show to actually cancelling my service appt. my first and last dealing with this company. I'm sure they might have some better or competent service techs but if you see that this is who your dealing with on an appliance repair or Lowe's service agreement and this tech calls you the day before with the following number 937.621.6894, beware as theres a good chance he won't show up and end up canceling your appointment.
