He came and went to look at the dishwasher and stated that it would need pulled from the counter. Why wasn't this stated before he ever showed up? Instead, he asked if we could remove it or had anyone we could call to do so. I dont know if anyone has something they can call to do such a task at 8 am on speed dial, but we sure don't! He then told us he won't risk taking it out and damaging the flooring, so instead pulled the bottom panel and stated that he'd have to order a part to repair it. My only concern is that without seeing the whole unit, how are we certain that the correct part is being ordered. I would love to tell what his name was. However, I was never provided with a name! Man had no people skills whatsoever, and for someone who works hand in hand with customers, I think he may need a new line of work!

I was asking friends about service, and one suggested a company in Greenville. I got on Yelp and asked about oil burner service and Bryan's came up. I called and left a message. Less than an hour later, Bryan was on the phone and then heading my way after another stop. I am sorry, I forgot the name of the guy with him, but they both diagnosed the issue (plugged line and filters) AND had the parts on hand to fix the issue (filter clogged, filter holder replacement, nozzle replacement, secondary filter in pump cleaned). I was expecting a larger service charge than he actually asked for, so the value was there and the response was there. Olivia, the oil burner, has been running great ever since.
