While the staff were courteous and professional, it is important for customers to be aware that this location does not perform any cleaning services on the premises. They don't actually do the dry cleaning here they just have a truck come every day to pick it up so it takes three or four days to get cleaning back, but I was in no hurry so it was no matter to me. it's convenient for me. It is near a collection of places I go to regularly, so it was good for a quick stop and I will be back next week to pick it up. 1 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT…read more From the moment I walked in, this place was a complete letdown. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. There is absolutely no reason customers should be treated that way when they are simply trying to do their laundry. Then there was the condition of the facility. DIRTY. Poorly maintained. And honestly, concerning. I actually encountered a needle top/syringe-related item lying on the floor. That is NOT something customers should have to encounter in a public laundromat. And let's talk about the machines... because apparently having machines that actually work is too much to ask. ‍ Nearly HALF of the machines were out of order. You're paying to wash your clothes, not to play "Which Machine Actually Works?" A laundromat should be: CLEAN PROPERLY MAINTAINED SAFE STAFFED BY PEOPLE WHO CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT WORTH THE MONEY YOU'RE SPENDING This place missed the mark across the board. Management needs to seriously step up. Clean the facility. Address the safety concerns. FIX THE MACHINES. And most importantly, address the way customers are being treated. Because customers deserve better than walking into a dirty facility, finding a potentially hazardous item on the floor, discovering half the machines don't work, and then being treated rudely by staff. I came to wash clothes, not lower my standards. I will NOT be returning, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this laundromat to others.
