Besides P & G 1 Hour Cleaner being the closest dry cleaner to home, I have had no urge to compare price, quality, etc. to others in the area. P & G 1 Hour Cleaner preforms dry cleaning on site. While other dry cleaners (Tuchman Cleaners comes to mind), send dry cleaning from all nearby locations to a central facility off site. I have heard stories of clothing being lost using off site dry cleaning. Though P & G 1 Hour Cleaner alleviates any concern. Plus, I'd like to believe each piece of clothing receives a little more attention compared to off site dry cleaning. Since I have been a customer, I have had a couple of shirt buttons become cracked, brittle or missing. Unsure if this is due to the dry cleaning process, clothing quality, etc. Regardless, P & G 1 Hour Cleaner has replaced and sewn the buttons free of charge. When we went back and told them about the damage (that the tailor we had look at it told us was caused due to over heating and too much pressure) he told us that it wasn't his fault, "this just happens sometimes" and the "inside just needs tightened" and "it's a cheap suit" then gave us $20. This suit was $1000 and had been worn one time, at our wedding. Do NOT bring your clothes here if you value them. They will be damaged and the owner will take no responsibility for their mistake. My husband's wedding suit that holds tremendous sentimental value is now damaged and ruined and not even wearable because they used too much heat and pressure and caused the interfacing of the inside to separate. Now we have to pay out of pocket to try and get it repaired or replaced. I'm sure that $20 will go a long way to help fix or replace our $1000 suit jacket. Thank you for destroying something that we trusted you to take care of. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER.

Upon visiting and meeting the owners, Fred and Renee, I knew it would be a great fit for my alteration needs. Not only am I petite and had a variety of pants, coats, etc. that needed hemmed or modified to be 'ready to wear', but I began a new position and needed formal business attire altered to be office-ready. Renee does a consult for every piece in the mirror with clients, verifies the type of shoes to be worn, asks clarifying questions, and then has the items done within a week or so (perhaps sooner, but so far I haven't needed anything in a rush.) In terms of value, I also believe the pricing to be very affordable and quality. PRO-TIP: be sure to bring either the exact shoes you'll be wearing with pants you want hemmed or similar styles so the length will be accurate. Note: They're closed Sundays & Mondays & open until 4PM so plan accordingly.

During the 6 months I was here on business, I brought my dry cleaning here, on average, once a week. Although some customers took issue with it, the fact they require you to pre-pay was not a problem for me. I always pay for any dry cleaning or alterations in advance as a show of good faith... gives the business that much more incentive to make sure my clothes are ready on time. There were just two nitpicky details keeping me from giving them 5 stars: 1. They never got the heavy starch concept right. I explained several times that a heavily starched shirt is stiff to the touch and will not get wrinkled if it stays hung up in a full closet for a whole month. However, I wore most shirts within 2 weeks of picking them up, so it didn't matter much that they were only lightly starched. 2. There were several occasions when they couldn't commit to having my laundry ready the same day, even if I was dropping off early. This, along with phone calls - during the same timeframe - that went unanswered, led me to believe they were just swamped at the time.
