I picked up the items and they were wrapped in plastic. When I got home and unwrapped the plastic the cushions were aweful. The black and white stripes were now grey and white(obviously bleach was used). The cushion fill was now balled up in cushion and did not conform to lounge chair. The cushions had shrunk as well. The cushions were ruined. The manager talked with the owner. The owner stated no guarantee with cleaning and did not reimburse for cushion damage. They only refunded cleaning fee. Also I had dropped it off with a garment bag and it was lost during cleaning and not returned when pickup came the first time or second time and I was told they would look for it after the manager had called after I had requested a redo. I had gotten my dress out of state so the bag was branded with a bridal shop from my hometown, sounds silly, but it had minor sentimental value. There's no way I would've dropped off my white wedding dress without some sort of protection while bringing it in, plus I had a decorative hanger that was returned to me. There's no way I would've dropped off just my dress and hanger, but not the garment bag. Really upsetting in more than just one way.
