When I finally went to go it a month later because they never called me to tell me it was ready, the hoodie string was missing (which could only be removed by cutting it off) and they tried telling me it was never in when I brought it in to begin with and that I'd have to call their "special" cleaners myself to sort it out. They ended up saying they'll look for it and it's been another month almost and no update. So glad I paid $70 for them to ruin my jacket, what a great first impression.

The Most AMAZING Customer Service!!!…read more What an amazing company. I had called 6 dry cleaners for help ironing a green screen back drop that I needed for an upcoming video shoot. Even my own regular cleaner in Carmel could only offer me a $35 charge and one to two weeks time frame before it was ready. :( Most of the dry cleaners I spoke to couldn't have cared less about my situation. I needed it "yesterday" for a video shoot we were going to do. I called Bolden's and told them the story of the wrinkly green screen and my urgent need for someone to press it. The lady who answered the phone at Bolden's was kind and genuinely seemed to care. She asked me how soon I could get it to them because they were shutting down the steamers at 2pm. I told her 10 minutes and took off from the practice to get there. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a sincere welcome. I was asked for my name and phone number, and then asked if I could give them 15 minutes? Could I give them 15 minutes? What an AMAZING difference from every other cleaner I had spoken to over the last several days!! Yeah, I could give them 15 minutes. Fast forward fifteen minutes and the green screen was pressed and beautiful. My cost was $8!! Guess who just got a customer for life? Bolden's did! When I asked if I could leave a tip for the person who pressed the green screen, I got a smile and a kind laugh, and I was told the owners do all the pressing. I was told this was a family business, and they really did care about every single one of their customers. I cannot tell you how happy I am and how grateful I am for Bolden's. Thank you so, so much!

Deplorable service! You waste the police time with nonsense rather than having adequate customer service and paying for the damage that you caused and after we posted it on Facebook we had tons of responses that told us how terrible you are and just how often you scorch people's clothes and then make up excuses and find reasons not to compensate your loyal customers. The worst of all was for you to contact the police on a black woman after she has been doing business with your tacky organization for 17 years shame on you all I hope your business folds! I took three pairs of pants to this store to be cleaned and hemmed. When I dropped them off, I was…read moretold that the alterations were sent out, so I expected the work to be done professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case. This is the worst hemming job I have ever seen. One pair of my orange pants was hemmed using bright pink thread, which is clearly visible along the hem. The stitching wasn't even secured properly--it started coming loose while I was standing in the store speaking with the staff. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told I would have to wait to speak with the manager, John, because he wasn't in the store that day. After paying $57 to have three pairs of pants hemmed, I now have to pay to have all three pairs redone correctly. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the alterations and the lack of an immediate resolution. Based on my experience I would not use them for alterations.

I have given it a few tries in the past year and have been disappointed with the quality and service. I picked up several items and was charged more than expected and questioned why they charged me for a dress and not a shirt. The gentleman that assisted me said you'll have to call Tonya back. I said, but this is a shirt and he said I don't have any control over that? I did not have time to dispute it. I then took a queen down comforter, and I was told it would take a week to get it back, which I understand. I was text within two hours of leaving saying it was ready. I said what happened to the week out. She said oh I had time to do it today. I questioned if it was professionally done and she said OK. I will send it downtown and have it done??? I also had a five dollar coupon taken off at drop off. Tonya said when I went to pick up the item that the five dollar coupon was not honored. Both Tonya and April were very rude and as a matter of fact and not customer service friendly, I will take my dry cleaning elsewhere.
