Pick up and drop off service is on time. If there is ever a change, they call well in advance. They even have rush services available if you need them sooner than your scheduled delivery day. Their prices are competitive with other dry cleaners in town... they are exceptional when you consider they will pick up and deliver to your door. They do have limits on their service area, but they make sense. They have to be able to access your front door, so no big apartment buildings. They are also not coming on campus due to the excessive traffic, both vehicle and pedestrian. Aside from that, they are arguably the best in town. I use them weekly for uniform cleaning and am unlikely to change any time soon.

That said, there were a lot of minuses, and I probably won't be coming back. The store overall had a "yuck" feel to it. The trashcans (at 1pm on a Monday) were overflowing. I don't know if there's AC (but I doubt it), so I doubt it's very comfortable in the summer. The bathroom toilet was stopped up, and the overall bathroom was pretty dirty. And, surprisingly, there weren't any employees there the entire time I was there. What if something went wrong? If your machine eats my quarters, I want some measure of recourse. Some minuses: of their large machines, most of them had "out of order" signs on them.
