I wanted to keep it closer to my apartment because I was in a time crunch. Right as I walked in, I looked around. I saw the desk where an employee, I assume, was supposed to sit. This very friendly, elderly woman asked me if I needed any help, as she noticed that I seemed lost. I smiled and told her I was okay, just that I hadn't been here before. I sat my stuff down and she politely said she would show me around. (She then continued to show me how to work a washing machine, which I found adorable.) She continued to show me things and asked if I had any questions- just as sweet as could be. I loaded my clothes and then a man came around and asked if I needed any help. Both staff members were both extremely polite and helpful and that lowered my anxiety of being here in the first place. The waiting area is kinda yucky, soiled carpet, toys that I would never let my children touch, and the sitting objects are outside patio furniture. I will more than likely stop by again when I'm in need of more than one load of laundry at any time. Regular machines are $1, the bigger loads are $4.25. Pleasant people surpassed environment this time, in my book.

Pick up and drop off service is on time. If there is ever a change, they call well in advance. They even have rush services available if you need them sooner than your scheduled delivery day. Their prices are competitive with other dry cleaners in town... they are exceptional when you consider they will pick up and deliver to your door. They do have limits on their service area, but they make sense. They have to be able to access your front door, so no big apartment buildings. They are also not coming on campus due to the excessive traffic, both vehicle and pedestrian. Aside from that, they are arguably the best in town. I use them weekly for uniform cleaning and am unlikely to change any time soon.

Was willing to give them money, but they were unwilling to waver based in the fact that the driver cannot deliver to a 2nd floor apartment. Girl who answered phone was unwilling to discuss this further, and this company didn't really need the business apparently.

They have different washing machines as small as $4.25 to $13 and nice big dryers . We chose the smallest washing machine and washing was done in 15 minutes and dryers were fast to dry too. They had good WIFi that I got some work done. They accept credit cards. Highly recommend this place.

Like, we're still buried in boxes; it's possible that the boxes will achieve sentience and take over the apartment. That's fine, as long as they pay rent too. Unfortunately our cats decided to take the stress of their move out on the comforter...so it was time to start exploring local "large item" laundry options. Suds is closest to new-home. Some plusses: Lots of machines. It's 24 hours. The wifi works, and there are some plugs near the door where you can plug in if necessary. That said, there were a lot of minuses, and I probably won't be coming back. The store overall had a "yuck" feel to it. The trashcans (at 1pm on a Monday) were overflowing. I don't know if there's AC (but I doubt it), so I doubt it's very comfortable in the summer. The bathroom toilet was stopped up, and the overall bathroom was pretty dirty. And, surprisingly, there weren't any employees there the entire time I was there. What if something went wrong? If your machine eats my quarters, I want some measure of recourse. Some minuses: of their large machines, most of them had "out of order" signs on them. There were no employees around that I could see, which makes me think that And finally, here are their current prices: Washing Machines: - Regular white commercial machines: $1.75 - Speed queen commercial washer: $2 - Triple Load: $3.75 - Some other large machine that I don't know how much it could fit: $5 Dryers: - Regular sized: $.25/ unknown minutes - Large sized: $.25 / 7 minutes

I noticed the online page is quick and simple. Nice to see an evolution there, but it did take nearly two weeks waiting for responses and having to make minor changes before I received the completed one hundred prints which seems overly long. The prices have really gone insane as well and will be trying to print myself next year given the two other local print shop costs we ended up with these past years. I'm still glad and can recommend Instant Copy, however for the basic budget and simple needs at these prices, am now motivated to attempt our printing ourselves since my Canon color LaserJet printer was not even double the cost of what we spent here!
