Not only that, they have an app with online options to pay as you get paid, or all at once. Not to mention the response time to emergency situations is nothing short of impressive. Being an older home, we had a few very small issues, and within the hour they were remedied. I highly suggest if you're looking for a home in any part of the state or nation where Dwell Property Management has offices, you won't find better property management than this. However BK charged over $800 of the security deposit for various unnecessary fees and they are not abiding to Indiana code or the lease agreement. I advise against renting from BK. If you choose to, take detailed photographs of anything an everything because they are a joke of a company that jus takes advantage of college students.

Unit has a code to get inside the building and then each unit (4 in a building) had its own lock and key. Always felt very safe and it was convenient for packages to be left at your door without having to pick them up from the management office and without the fear of them being stolen. Absolutely fantastic management. Always made everything very simple and were always very friendly. They are impossibly friendly and go out of the way to help. I do not think anything is a better example of this place than when I terminated my contract. I accepted a new job in Michigan and they were extremely helpful/active in finding a new tenant and making the process as painless and cost efficient for me. I was actively looking to discontinue paying them rent/money and they will went out of their way to help me. Fantastic. They really care about people.
