    Horrible company! OMG! It's a nightmare. You can't get a person on the phone. I have been calling for 2 days and I have spent hours trying to get help. My internet has not been staying connected for months. Go anywhere else!!!!

Wanted to upgrade phone to get free Apple Watch. After THREE hours being held captive and AFTER shutting off our old phones we were given the bill to pay taxes (545.00) which was $100 dollars too high! Had we not questioned the calc, they would have charged our card. In addition they charged us $185.00 in "their" service changes AFTER telling us it would only be ONE charge of $30 dollars. Horrible experience. Employees are incompetent and manger is crabby and unhelpful! We ended up calling Verizon later and they made it right for us by removing all charges from their store and then some.

    Huge mistake to ever deal with them! They made me all kinds of promises when I signed up, then as…read moresoon as I ported my lines in to Verizon, all efforts to help me in any way ceased. I couldn't reach my sales agent for over a month, as he was suddenly "out on sick leave". When I did reach him, he gave me one song and dance after another, as to why I wasn't receiving the benefits and rebates he promised. Months went by, and my bill never came down, so it cost me much more than the provider I was switching from. Trying to contact anyone for support is nearly impossible. If you do get lucky and manage to connect, you invariably get abruptly disconnected. If you go into the local office, they say they can't help you, that you have to contact a phone agent. When I paid off my lines with Verizon in order to get the payoff refunded by another provider, they would only provide me with a statement showing the amounts paid, but not what it was for. At this time, I have still not been able to get this sorted out. RUN the other way, fast!!
