I have been dealing with this business for all things verizon for years, and they are great. A few missed promises to call when they should have, but that I probably a corporate Verizon red tape problem more than it is this store. Dylan was awesome. Got us on a cheaper plan, upgraded phone and a new line for our son. I give them props as I imagine it must be a Sysiphean task to play man in the middle with verizon customer service. Highly recommend working with the store manager Dylan, but have had good experience with others there, too. Wait times can be long, so plan to arrive with time to spare. read more

Verizon makes enough $$ to replace a simple phone protector. My Brand New iPhone wasn't swiping or working correctly. I removed the screen protector to see if that was the issue. It was not. I was told at the store that I should have tried an app that hadn't been installed on my iPhone. If the app was that important it should automatically be on the phone. Long story short after spending a few thousand dollars on new phones and accessories Verizon couldn't spring for a new screen protector . Ridiculous ! read more

This is NOT a Verizon owned store. Go to the Iron Point location! Or just call Verizon directly. This store does nothing that calling directly can't do except overcharge you! Wanted to upgrade phone to get free Apple Watch. After THREE hours being held captive and AFTER shutting off our old phones we were given the bill to pay taxes (545.00) which was $100 dollars too high! Had we not questioned the calc, they would have charged our card. In addition they charged us $185.00 in "their" service changes AFTER telling us it would only be ONE charge of $30 dollars. Horrible experience. Employees are incompetent and manger is crabby and unhelpful! We ended up calling Verizon later and they made it right for us by removing all charges from their store and then some. read more

Never enough staff. Waited 15 minutes. One person working on a Sunday. Crazy. I'm cancelling my service. It's ridiculous

Huge mistake to ever deal with them! They made me all kinds of promises when I signed up, then as soon as I ported my lines in to Verizon, all efforts to help me in any way ceased. I couldn't reach my sales agent for over a month, as he was suddenly "out on sick leave". When I did reach him, he gave me one song and dance after another, as to why I wasn't receiving the benefits and rebates he promised. Months went by, and my bill never came down, so it cost me much more than the provider I was switching from. Trying to contact anyone for support is nearly impossible. If you do get lucky and manage to connect, you invariably get abruptly disconnected. If you go into the local office, they say they can't help you, that you have to contact a phone agent. When I paid off my lines with Verizon in order to get the payoff refunded by another provider, they would only provide me with a statement showing the amounts paid, but not what it was for. At this time, I have still not been able to get this sorted out. RUN the other way, fast!! read more

Don't. Don't. Don't. Don't. Don't. Don't. Don't don't don't don't don't dont dont don't. We've been a customer for 39 days. We've already had fraud on our account of up to $240. And I've spent a total of 15 1/2 hours over three day. in their store between trying to get my accounts correct and the fraud reversed. By the way, they allowed somebody to make changes on my account without contacting me. Security sucks. And when I was there dealing with their fraud the clerk working said she remembered us trying to get our phones over the 3 days we were there and she said, "I could have had that done in minutes if you were dealing with me." Oh, so she just allows us to get frustrated instead of helping her coworker, who was in tears when we walked. Got it. Stay clear of this place. Update-8/28/25. Due to their fraud we can't get into our app, pay our bill, redeem the promised promotions when we signed up and I've been on the phone with them for 35 minutes now only to find out we don't get the item that was sold to us as part of their promotion. We'll be cancelling and taking our money and business to Xfinity. What a nightmare. 1st world problem nightmare, but I refuse to give these crooks one more dime of our cash. Oh..guess what? Just saw our bill! They are still charging for the fraud phone on our bill! $144.90! Can't make this up. Blocked them from auto pay. They aren't getting one more dime from us. read more

We were set up at the verizon near the bestbuy in folsom, we worked with a Rep named James and he COMPLETELY screwed up our account. No promotions were added properly or anything. My wife told me to go work with a different Verizon and thats why we came in today at about 3:30 to this Verizon. We were welcomed by Teressa, and she was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. She went above and beyond and fixed our account and gave us a loyalty discount for being patient with the issues that had occurred. She is beyond great and from now on this verizon will be getting my business. If you are in the folsom area and have Verizon this is the only store you should go to. read more

I received the email to pick up my phone upgrade today (10/30/25) from Victra at 900 east bidwell in Folsom. I arrived at 1:30, the store was locked up tight. No staff. I banged on the from and back doors and the windows for 15 minutes. Nobody there. Called Verizon and after 45 minutes trying to cancel the order I was assured it would be. Not confirmed yet. But back to this store. Total BS. They send an email to pick up the phone today. Verizon agent says no, it's scheduled for Nov 2 pick up. No, the email says it's ready go pick it up TODAY. Victra on East Bidwell in Folsom is total BULLSHI7. Do not schedule a pick up there. The topper is that there is no phone number to call the actual store. The phone number listed in the order goes to Verizon. Scam. read more

Worst customer service by phone and online ever! Trying to pay my bill, which is due today. Sitting in the office on speakerphone using their system, and it keeps disconnecting me and won't take my payment. Doing all this right in front of other customers and staff. It's never happened when I was with AT&T. read more

I would never recommend going to this store. It is a franchise store owned by Victra. I had numerous issues with my order and don't hours ago n phone with customer service fixing everything. They also charge extra for a set up and go and I was told you have to pay it. Did not find out till after I ordered my phones. When I went to do my trade I also had more problems. There is a corporate owned store on Iron point I wish I had tried. Next time I will order online but will never step foot in this Verizon store on East Bidwell again. read more

Never go here. This is a franchise store. I have a family plan and the woman sales rep set us up with a free phone only to be charged $1300 and she signed me up for an additional protection plan I did not ask for. I wish I remember the woman's name. Go to a CORPORATE STORE ONLY. Verizon customer service on the phone spent TWO hours with me cleaning this store's mess. Verizon is solid but NEVER GO TO 900 E Bidwell. Also my disabled family member paid $300 on his debit card that we are still not sure about or what was "purchased" at this store. GO TO A CORPORATE STORE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU read more

Warning to anyone out in the hills.DO NOT GET WIFI FROM VERIZON. We went and got business internet from them a few months ago. We knew we where moving soon so we also asked if it would work at our new address and obviously they said it would work great there as well as the current address we where at so we got it. When we paid they said since we got business internet they would give us 1 month credit for the following month and our activation bill would be paid in store that day. They didn't have change so the said THEY WOULD CREDIT THE EXTRA $80 change to our account. We were under the impression that the next two months would be handled because thats what they told us but then after the second month our internet shut off so we paid the minimum to turn It back on. Went in and they said "oh it may take a while for it to actually go on your account" so here we were playing catch up payments with internet that barley worked(the internet works horribly at our new address, multiple days with little to no connection mind you we run a business and take college classes so internet is very important). We decided to bite the bullet and get starlink 2 WEEKS AGO. Today we go to return the Verizon box and just pay off what was left. Few days late on the last months "catchup" payment and they said they already sent it to collections because we "technically never finished paying the first months bill" or some BS like that. So not only did they lie straight to our face and never credit us our change or the month they said they would basically stealing almost $100 out of our pockets but we were also paying over what our monthly bill was supposed to be every month they also immediately sent it into collections putting a dent in my partners credit because we were a few days later than we usually pay it. I WILL NEVER GO TO VERIZON AGAIN this was the most horrible experience we have ever had with any company. They wouldn't even talk to us about what was going on or explain where our money disappeared to when we asked they told us they couldn't look at our account untill we pay off to collections. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Horrible communication and horrible customer service. Seems like 90 percent of there employee base has no idea what they are actually doing read more

Excellent customer service. Ask for Brandy. They are so nice here - waaay better than the one of Iron Point.

I stopped in to this store to get assistance to sign back up for Verizon which I had stopped to try Google FI & decided it didn't work for me. Connor was very helpful and worked on my issue. I think he was the most knowledgeable because the other staff kept interrupting him with their questions and he continued on without a beat helping them & me. He's very pleasant and helped me get a temp #. I think Connor is an asset to the Verizon team. read more

Not a Verizon owned corporate store. Owned by Victra. Unable to return wrong equipment sent to me by Verizon to this store.

A truly disgusting business. I've never had such a terrible experience. I bought their 5G home internet. It sucked so I took everything back to the store. The will refuse to take it back. They can sell you this directly from the store, but they refuse to take it back. They insist that corporate will send you a box that you will then have to ship to their corporate location in Texas. They never sent me the box no matter how many requests I made. I literally confirmed my address 3 separate times. They even said a "tracking label was being created". That was a lie. After the fourth time of going into their store, they directed me to take my box to the "corporate" location off Iron Point. You see... they aren't Verizon. They are Victra. They exist only to sell you shit but will never help you if you ever have any issues. Stay far away from here and Verizon in general if you can. read more

Went in to this store because this is where I got my I phone. The problem Chris said was my speaker. He gave me some updated phone suggestions with my 26yr discount. Really want to keep my phone. So he gave me a coupon for a repair service which worked out great. This is my go to Verizon store. If I need a new phone I will get one at this store. Chis was extremely helpful and valued my business. read more

Honestly it just depends on who you get. I have been here a couple of times and each experience has been different. I really didn't appreciate the last experience I had at the store. I made an appointment online thinking it would be faster and easier well let me tell you it's not which the representative told me through a chuckle. I had explained that I had made an appointment online in which she responded well we can't just stop helping other ppl because you made an appointment. I was not trying to indicate that I deserved special treatment because I made an appointment I was just telling her that I had made one in case it made looking my number up easier. She asked me what I needed help with and it was a technical issue in which she said she couldn't help me with and shared that I would have to contact tech support, which I did. But I have gone to this store in the past and received tech support. Honestly ok she couldn't help me but it was her tone and how she spoke to me which I didn't appreciate. Other individuals at this store have been great. read more

seriously not happy with this store. "Slim Shady" is my name for Seth. Walked into the store to add a phone. The experience cost me alot of money that I truly regret. Headed back to the store to reverse things. Crossing my fingers read more

glad I decided to stop by and get help from an amazing employee Teresa thank you so much!

Customer service was so poor, literally instead of trying to help me the guy was trying to tell me all the answers I needed to call Verizon directly. Ok, I Called Verizon and spent 15 minutes on the phone and figure out and got all the questions answered. In the beginning I specifically asked can I get a Sim card if my phone is not here with me and use it later, and the response was yes. After spending almost 30 minutes in the store and starting the account the guy says hey by the way I need the phone to be here. While starting my account he decided to help another guy who just came in. One story short this place has very bad customer service read more

My wife and I recently purchased Jlabaudio Ear Buds from this location because of the two gentlemen Benjamin and Dylan. Compared to a big ticket item like a I-Phone 14 or the like, they treated us like royalty with this small purchase. They were thorough and extremely professional and makes me proud to be a large position Verizon Stock shareholder which they by the way had no prior knowledge of. Thank you both for the experience! read more

Store manager Dylan is awesome! I cannot say enough about his service. The worst customer service and very disrespectful toward immigrants. My mom was tricked into getting a new phone cause they simply couldn't restore her original phone and after few days she came back to return it, they offered her half the prices. Amazing Staff Dejha and Connor Patient, Helpful, and Capable! Simply the Best Verizon Store!!!

Upon arrival I was greeted by Jason, who was courteous and professional. I had a difficult issue with my phone so Austin was there to give assistance and he diligently worked on the problem for at least 30 minutes. I came back the following day with an additional phone and again Austin worked until I was completely satisfied. The district manager Wyatt was there on that occasion and he too was very professional and supportive. I work as a national account rep for a fortune 100 company and I know how difficult it is to please all people. This team went above and beyond and should be recognized and hopefully compensated for their outstanding work. Amazing job guys! Thanks! read more

WARNING! Seriously, do not go to this store for any reason. Pathetic customer service. The worst store management I have ever experienced. VERIZON, if you are listening, you seriously need to revoke their resale license. They are not representing your brand in a way that you should possibly accept. The store manager barely acknowledged my issue, which her employee caused. She then claimed that my written, signed, $200 discount was just an estimate and wasn't guaranteed. It was certainly communicated as a guarantee when her employee signed the document as part of me purchasing a brand new iPhone 11. Talk about a bullshit bait and switch. What a dumpster fire of a store. WAKE UP VERIZON, you have people representing your brand who are outright lying to your customers. read more

I came to have my screen protector put on my iPhone. The person helping me was Chris. He seemed nice in the beginning and put on the clear glass screen protector on my phone however when he handed my phone back to me I noticed a few dust particles and even small pieces of hair trapped under the screen protector. I showed it to Chris and he was outwardly offended(shaking his head) as we went back to get a new protector. He put on a new one and it looked fine. He did not say thank you but just handed the bag to me. This message is to the manager(s) at this Verizon store: Please talk to Chris about customer service. The reason he is there is because of the CUSTOMERS. Also, please talk to him about how to properly put on a glass protector. He did wipe down the phone screen but did not use the tape to remove the dust and he did not squeeze out the bubbles. read more

Just had the worst customer service ever experienced at this Verizon store. We arrive 15 minutes before they close, to find one customer service rep named Austin working. There was only one other customer in the store and upon arriving he greeted us with a cold "how can I help you" like we were inconveniencing him. We then proceeded to wait another 10 mins before him telling us he closes at 8 and we would have to come back tomorrow to upgrade our devices... I have never experienced such disrespect to a paying customer who is getting 3 new devices... The store also had a very slim selection of devices as well. This is the last time I will be going to that store or maybe even leaving Verizon all together. Very disappointed... read more
