Lids at the Folsom outlets was a great experience!!! Went there to get my coaching team hats with their names on the back and the customer service was awesome!!! Employees David and Rodney were very helpful and exceeded expectations! They helped me confirm hat sizes and costs! They also informed me that for every sports hat, it was a BOGO which was cool because I got to treat myself to getting a new hat! David help me searching for all the hats I needed and Rodney did all the stitching on the back! Rodney was excellent on the stitching.... making it look real nice with the perfect font size! Lids has all the sports hats you can imagine from NFL, NBA, MLB, to even Nike! Also you can even start your rewards membership by just providing email and phone number and every purchase you make you receive a discount!

The hat that he didn't see had $10 but rang it up never checked other hat on the rack or in stack about the price

Just went to this location with my pregnant wife at the Folsom outlets just now 12:45 pm July 31st and was in for 5-10 mins found two hats on sale wanted to buy approached register the guy asked if I was paying card or cash I replied card he asked if I had a number with them I said no he rung the items up as he told me the total about $44 and change I I questioned It he said the were both $20 each I showed him the hat with the sticker that said $10 he asked was there another one I told him I don't know he didn't check shrugged his shoulders and didn't not assist or provide any customer service he then made accusation that I or someone switched the sticker instead I said never mind then he changes his mind to give me the price on the hat it isn't about the money it's about his poor service and the way he treated us . I have asked for his name he would not give it I have called multiple times to ask for a manager he hangs up The African American guy w/ tattoos so rude and disrespectful. I hope this reaches someone in corporate. Just spoke with some who stated they were the manager who was who wouldn't give his name at first so I don't know if Donny is his real name or not but he said he was a manager explain this situation but sound to brush it off no apology or resolve yet from this store it's employees or management

Be very careful about reading the contract before consigning your clothing. I should have insisted…read moreI received back my clothing that didn't sell during contracted time frame. I went into store to use my consignor credit after contract ended and several pieces that were labeled as "donated" on Ricochet were still on the floor for sale. If I would have known this would be the case at contract end (that my pieces would continue to be monetized after the contract ended) and not be donated to the charity mentioned at signing, I would of insisted my items were returned to me. Not cool. In response: Is this procedure of continuing to sale items after contract ends in the contract? I would suggest that, if it is not, it be added so consignor is aware on signing. It makes for better optics when a consignor sees both their item as " donated" on ricochet ( by mistake) and "for sale" after contract ends. To prevent future confusion, you might provide a copy of the contract -- either a hard copy or digital--so they can refer to it for all those items that you don't " prioritize" . In response: Absolutely positive my items by being, for instance, a pair of NWT Eileen Fisher denim pants in a 3x size. Check it. Those will be consigned under Amy Hanak.

I was in need of a new measuring tape, bobby pins, and scissors. So instead of ordering off the internet from the rain forest I drove to Meissner. A real brick n mortar shop staffed with real people (not a Bot) within the community. It was my first time at this location. The shop was clean and organized. It had a ton of sewing machines ranging from $200 beginner models to several thousand dollar versions that self embroidery, run automatically by preprogramming. Fancy! They also had a wall of notions and a section selling fabric. The staff working were awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Farah even told me about their classes that they offer onsite. They have classes on how to use certain models of sewing machines besides their sewing, quilting. and embroidery classes. So many classes offered; ranging not only on topic but skill levels. They even have a class that will introduce you to the basics on using your sewing machine. No judgements. The sewing machine doesn't have to be bought from them, if it is then the class is free. They aren't open on Sundays. And I recall the shop doesn't stay open particularly late.

I asked her if she'd like to use the bag as a recycle for somebody else that may need it. This other person named Emma tapped me on the back while the line was filled with people out of nowhere and tried to accuse me of not paying for the bag. I then got pretty upset and told her I would never try and steal a bag from the store and I had all my receipts with me and the receipt show that I purchased the bag last night while I purchased the other items it was unbelievably embarrassing. It was incredibly unprofessional they would refuse to give me the corporate office this store by far is being run by extremely unprofessional people. The person that I was working with had lots of trouble understanding what I was saying as well as Emma who claimed to be the supervisor then when I asked her for corporate number, she wouldn't give it to me. The Store other employees came up that had been working there for over 10 years, said that they had an organized system of where management and certain employees are all friends and they get away with this behavior and they all stick up for one another when something like this occurs nothing ever gets resolved. I was encouraged to call corporate office on this incident because of the mere fact that she would try to accuse me of stealing a bag and not paying for it when it was the same bag, I walked in from the night before please do not go to this Ross. It is absolutely horrific.. when we went back to the store my husband asked if he could speak with the supervisor the employee that helped me at the checkout stand then try to say I think you're drunk and entitled I don't drink it. All her name is Madison and she had nothing nice to say it was unbelievable. What my husband, myself and another employee witness plus more people she said that that the fact that I would actually defend myself and say I'm not trying to steal a bag made me come off as being entitled it was absolutely shocking that we would get treated that way. we will be calling corporate just to let them know that this kind of behavior is happening to customers and not being properly taking care of.
