I came in to upgrade my iPhone, signed up on the exit list and was 4th in line. Watched the employee call out two people who were not here, called the guy who came in in front of me then the other employee helped the attractive woman before checking the wait list. Dashon helped me with a iPhone they did not have in stock. I paid my monthly bill w/ my card no problem then when I had to pay the tax on the new iPhone the billing zips didn't match and they could not run my card, I told them I'll walk over to the ATM and get cash. Once I returned to the store less than 5min later Dashon had already started helping another family and ignored me when I walked up to him. Then I was told they would not accept cash for this transaction. Something they could not tell me before I had walked out to the ATM The entire staff almost flat out refused to help me and I was forced to wait another 15-20min being iuntil I made a point that I had to finish this transaction and get back to work and could not wait any longer. Then suddenly there was another tablet available to help me. This was the roaming employee who was as only observing other transactions who actually stepped forward to FINISH & Complete the transaction I had started a hour earlier. The ability to call and speak to a live person is nearly impossible without having to lie and manipulate the Ai system or robot operators. It is ridiculous to say the absolute least. Trying to handle stuff that isn't available to handle online and zero ability to do so. Switched services and glad I did. Went in to get a new iPhone. Spoke with Gino at this location. Got my new phone and was told it would be $23 more per month. Was also told they no longer charge a one time transfer fee (I specifically asked!). But found out after I left, there is a $35 transfer fee. Gino also added additional costs to my account WITHOUT letting me know (totaling $27/ month). I spent 40 min on the phone waiting for AT&T rep to get the $27 removed. Crappy service!! The representative in the store knew exactly what we needed and how to do it. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. Worst experience ever & the representative in the store LIED!! I was on a post paid plan, and I was paying $40 per month, and I went into the store to get two more new phone numbers for my family numbers. The rep in the store told me that I can switch to the family plan, and it's also $40 per line. So I said sure. She didn't show me any paperwork, and didn't explain anything else to me. When I got the bill, it was actually $60 per line instead of $40, and she also signed me up for some insurances which she never told me about it. So she LIED about the price and signed me up for insurance WITHOUT my permission. She should be FIRED! Also I went to the store at 10:30 in the morning, there was only one person working, and she was helping another person. I was sitting there for 30mins without any greating. read more

In order to purchase a phone you have to be an authorized user. To me that is stupid and not a good way to make business happen. I don't know why I couldn't just pay cash for another phone. It is kind of shady for a business to not accept cash or card to pay in full for a product whether or not the user is an "authorized user or not". By far the best AT&T experience I've ever had! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The Manager Erasmo and his entire team that I had the pleasure to speak/work with were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Erasmo did not hesitate to go over and beyond to get me the phones and plans that met the needs of my family. He was also exceptionally patient to answer all of my questions. When I selected a phone that they didn't have in stock, one of the gals was so sweet and picked it up from a different location all while I was completing the transactions for the other phones I purchased. I was so impressed! Evan helped me get all of my phones set up and was also just as patient. He could tell I was a little intimated by the new phone features and took his time and kindly went out of his way to show me some functions. He was very professional and his smile lIt up the room. ATT is absolutely awful. I have tried to have my internet set up 3 times. The employees at this location won't call me back after offering to help me. No one returns my calls. One day I am getting internet set up on a coupe days and then no one shows, or they call and say I don't get a connection where I am at. Fuck this place! read more

I had a great experience with Emily. She answered all questions throughly and professionally. She was very personable and friendly. When she had to make a phone call to someone from at&t for help, the person on the phone was not helpful to her at all and was very rude to her. He couldn't answer any of her questions and wasn't trying to see what he could do to try to answer them. Even though he was no help at all she was still able to figure it out herself. She was able to help my boyfriend and I get new phones and made sure to tell us about all the plans and deals they had. She took her time with us and when I didn't understand something she would take her time to explain to me until I understood. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She put the screen protector on my phone and said if the bubble on it didn't go away within 24 hours to come back and she would fix it. She did just that, no hesitation with a smile on her face! She went above and beyond but if I told you everything else she did to help us we'd be here all day. I encountered a phone failure today, and headed straight to the AT&T store where I bought my last phone. I had remembered them being helpful, efficient, and value - oriented. I met Evan and Erin, who worked to get my phone revived. Evan then went over the features of the various new IPhones, since mine was a few years old. After a very helpful discussion, they helped me decide to purchase a new iPhone XR. Evan carefully and completely transferred all my data, meticulously installed my new screen protector and case, and went over every detail of the purchase. While we waited for some of the software updates, another customer service rep named Josh was friendly and talkative. In all, it was an excellent customer service experience. This is the AT&T store to go to. We had tried unsuccessfully for 4 months to have a billing issue fixed. We had gone to other AT&T stores and made numerous phone calls to get help. No one helped us. We had all of the paperwork showing the over charges. We gave AT&T one last chance to correct the problem. ADRIANA listened and had the knowledge and expertise to research the situation. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! Complete rip off. I went into the store with intention on bringing a number over from another carrier. I happened to be helped by the store manager. It took a lot longer than I had anticipated and as things were wrapping up the store manager said there was a promotion for iPad minis, 50$, no obligation. Then he wrote a number on the box of the iPad mini and sent me on my way. Three days later I received a phone call from AT&T to ask about my experience. I had a few questions and upon having them answered I began to learn the full obligation of purchasing the iPad mini. I went back to the store to resolve the issue; upon jumping through many many hoops the effing line for the iPad mini is still on my account. Melanie was probably the best sales consultant I have ever interacted with. I have been an iPhone user since the beginning and switching to a new Android phone was completely foreign to me. She was very patient with me and helped me compare specs on LG, Samsung, and HTC phones. She got me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. I went in today to get my iPhone fixed and for the second time they didn't want to help because my phone is under Apple even though I bought it from there less than a year ago. First time my 7+ broke was a SIM card only two months into having the phone. Now my camera doesn't work and they are sending me to the Apple Store in Roseville because they are too lazy to help. The manager today (10/06/17) told me to update the software to get it to work. One camera works and other doesn't. A software update isn't going to fix it. Who hires these idiots?!? This is the last time I visit that store and I plan on breaking my contact with AT&T as they won't help fix the phone I bought from that store. Verizon at least would send me a replacement after trouble shooting it vs just telling me I need to go to Roseville which can't see me till Tuesday. Horrible experience. I bought an iPhone charger here. I specifically asked the sales person,Jacob, if their chargers were as good as Apple chargers. I've had trouble with the offbrand chargers in the past. He assured me. Well after a few days the charger stopped working. tried to return the charger to the store and they refused. I had my receipt. On June 30, 2015 we changed our cell phone service to Verizon. In doing so we were told that we would receive a credit from AT&T for $74. We had paid the bill from June 30 - July 23, 2015. We were told that we would receive this refund within 60-90 days. We called AT&T today to ask where our refund is and were told by a supervisor that we will not receive this refund and that is their policy. We told the supervisor that the Customer Service Representative that made the change told us that we would receive this refund and the supervisor said he should not have stated that because they do not give credit for unused services. This is very poor customer service and we have been land line customers for many years. read more

I traded in 2 iphone 6+ 3 months ago with the assurance from this store that it would take no more than 2 months for ATT to get me the trade in monies to pay off my previous carrier. As I stated it is now 3 months later and nothing. I called the store on Monday and was assured I would be called back within 24-48 hours to let me know what was happening. It is Friday 4 days later and not a peep. I went to the store today and the manager had no idea about what to do. His best options were for, "ME" to talk with ATT which I explained I had tried 3 times already and after an hour waiting on each call was hung up on by the ATT representative or I could wait until Tuesday and talk with the person who sold me the phone since, they knew what was going on and could best explain everything. I walked in mad as all get out but never once raised my voice, used a curse word or anything of that nature. I only deliberately stated ATT owes me money and I need to know where it is so I can pay my previous carrier. At the end of the conversation there are some things that my current Iphone is doing I don't understand and I mentioned it to the manager. He stated he really wasn't to familiar with the iphone but would take a look at it. I let him. As I was nearing the time to leave he commented to me "You came in yelling at me and now asking me for a favor to look at your phone" I again matter of factly told him, "I would appreciate it if you would give me the courtesy of making correct statements. I never raised my voice to you. There is a big difference between coming in angry due to ATT slow response to fulfilling its part of the contract and the numerous incidents of waiting for help only to be hung up on, never to be called back and my ability to maintain composure over coming in angry, and yelling and disrupting the store. He agreed and apologized, however his statement to me should never have been made. I am now back in the waiting game until Tues. to see if the representative who sold me the phone knows anything. I am believing very strongly the $70.00 a month I am currently saving with ATT is really not worth all the headaches I currently have with ATT. read more
