Since this is inside and hard to get to area, I am glad to have the two treatments to ensure the bees that are hatch later would be killed by the second treatment and have the longer warranty to make sure I can call them back if needed. My favorite experience involved a pesky mouse problem we had in our kitchen...a lesser exterminator probably would have just kept putting down more traps and more poison. BioTech explained that you can and should seal off your kitchen so there are no holes large enough for a mouse to enter. They did this, but we kept seeing the mouse. They kept coming back (probably 5-6 times) at no extra charge, each time searching and finding an additional entry point. Eventually, they got them all, and we've never had a mouse since! Thanks, BioTech!

I think they may have canceled or rescheduled more appointments than they actually showed up for. Today was typical: a few months ago they told me they would come today between 10 and 12. I texted them around 4:30 and about 20 minutes later they called and said that their technician would be late (yes: obviously, since he was already late). So now I went on ChatGPT and it looked at their invoice and explained exactly what DIY stuff I would need every 3-4 months to easily do exactly what I was paying BioTech to do, at one-tenth the price.
