Within two days of calling and paying for 5 devices upfront they came and serviced the yard. Then again they came on 15Aug. I have not seen them since. I emailed-nothing. I called and was told they would call me back. After a day I received a service reminder in my email. Poor communication and service. buyer beware! this coming should be charged with false advertising! first I'm given a quote on the phone, followed up with a written invoice (same details) then talked to another representative who also stated the same amount. suddenly I'm told the amount is triple what I was quoted both verbally many times and also written quote? then I'm told no guarantee and because I have 'trees' I'll have mosquitos., the message to me from mosquito man said this 'We protect your home from mosquitoes, rodents, ants, spiders, ticks, fleas & more--so you can enjoy your space worry-free.' that sounds like you are able to sit outside without annoying mosquitoes yet when questioned they say no you'll have mosquitoes because I have trees and don't live in the city!! I have been using this service for years and I am very unhappy. the billing irregularities and accidental treatment of the wrong property makes me feel that a different company may be the best option and to discourage use of this company. They say they will fix the issue and then say they have no record of this issue or it being discussed. overcharging for services not provided and rude treatment when raising the issue is just simply unacceptable. However, I didn't see much of a difference. The tech came a second time and sprayed. Again, I didn't see a difference. So I emailed to discuss as I'm paying for a service that isn't solving my issue. The email response back blew my mind. The response basically said the service isn't going to help me because of the small lake that's near by. Ohhhhhhh ok. So if I never emailed, you would have continued spraying and charging me knowing damn well I'd still have the same issue!!!????!!? I cancelled immediately. Technician came by on a Friday. Treated only front yard and did not treat for ticks too. Notified company. Said someone would be by on Saturday. Received an email later on Saturday stating technician came and treated whole yard including ticks. Looked at the video from 3 cameras on my property. Not one single person came by the entire day. Contacted company again telling them that no one was by. Even provided VIDEO EVIDENCE. They still claim technician was there. If that's the case then I applaud the technician for being able to evade 3 cameras which cover every inch of my property. read more

Do not trust them! We have 2 acres of land. The technician rang at the door at 11:50am to tell me that he was here. At 11:55 I saw him passing in front of the house. I got out of the house between 12 and 12:05 to ask him a question and he was gone with the mosquito-man sign planted on my lawn. I could not believe that he did the 2 acres in less than 10min so I called them right away and after 5 min got on the call with a lady. She told me that she was going the technician and will call me back. She called me back and told me that the technician told her that he did it all and left our place at 12:30. I told her that was a lie and she even acknowledged that at 12:15 she was on the phone with me. She told me that they were going to discuss with the technician and call me back. After few days, I did not hear anything, I called them back. They told me that a person that will be able to help me was going to call me back and that she put my message as "urgent". After paying in advance, we were told they would come by the end of the week. Three weeks (and several calls and emails) later, they still hadn't come. They admitted that they made a mistake, promised to come next business day, then ANOTHER five days later they finally came. We lost all of September in our yard. I hate to write this, but I have just discovered that Mosquito-Man does not spray your yard if you are not home even though they will leave a nice sign saying they treated your lawn on that day. My neighbor watch them on two separate occasions come to my home and get out of the truck and walk around the front yard then put a new sign indicating they sprayed then got back in the truck and left. When I called to report this to Jessica (office manager) and other members of the staff they offered to send a new technician to spray properly, but when he came out all he did was the same thing. I called immediately after he left to report he did not spray again and the response I got was he did not know what to do, since he saw the previous sign saying it was sprayed. They then resent the same technician and upon his arrival they tried calling me to verify if I wanted him to spray my lawn or not. WHAT!?!?!?! Since I missed the call (because I'm at work) he went ahead and left again. YARD NOT SPRAYED AGAIN. Since I stated I can no longer trust this company to spray my yard, I asked for a full refund and I stated I would be telling my neighbors who also have this service to no longer trust their yards are getting sprayed the young lady on the phone said "good luck with that and then hung up on me". Unfortunately, dealing with upset customers is part of the job, especially if you are calling me to ask if I want my yard sprayed, even after I have complained it was not sprayed the previous two times they came to my house to spray. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They try to do the right thing, but I feel there is a SERIOUS disconnect between the office staff and the operations folks. I would not trust this company to spray anything, since I now have proof that if you are not at home to watch them they will show up and change the sign, but will not spray your yard. It's scary to believe they would try and get over and not spray your yard if you are not home to ensure they perform the services you paid for up front. Not how you want to treat members of the military community. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CC AND NEVER PERFORM THE WORK! P.S. I've had a miserable experience this season. I was just out watering my garden and I got a half dozen bites in 5 minutes, so I've come in to put on long pants and sleeves and douse myself in OFF to finish watering. What do I need Mosquito-Man for if I have to do that? Yesterday I had to move a garden lunch with friends back into the house for the same reason. I've been trading emails with Mosquito-Man for weeks about the ineffectiveness this month of their treatments in my garden, yet the technician who came yesterday didn't spray because he couldn't figure out how to access the backyard. Well, we made a big deal at the start of the season of putting instructions how into the system, but this is not the first tech who couldn't figure out how to walk between townhouse rows to get to the back alley easement accessing all backyards. Mine's the one with the trellis, no gate, and lots of landscaping that needs mosquito treatment. I also have my doubts about whether these techs have been seeing the instruction not to spray my herbs. The guys I've met seemed really nice and well-meaning, but if they're not getting directions from the office, what are they supposed to do? I switched to Mosquito-Man from Mosquito Joe and I really regret it. I got much worse service for a higher price. I called and asked to speak to the owner and I was told they'll "let him know," whatever that means. read more

We moved into our house last September. When viewing and inspecting with the real estate agent, the gardens were INFESTED with mosquitos. We're on the water so it is somewhat to be expected. But seriously, these mosquitos were lethal. My poor kids went to school covered in bites from Sept to Oct. In Spring this year, we signed up for Mosquito Man and we've barely used our covered porch. Instead we've been living outside mosquito free. We only had one problem where they came and sprayed the garden while it was raining. Clearly that didn't work. I would like to say what a great decision I made by calling your company. This is the first summer that I have not had a problem with mosquitoes. I would have summer parties and the next day speak to my guests and they would tell me how bit up they were from being at my pool. This past weekend I sat outside and ate crabs and not 1 mosquito bite! This is a great summer! People kept telling me that bringing in a company that did spraying wouldn't help my mosquito problem. These guys are great. You can shop around for better prices and good luck, but as is the case with some things, you get what you pay for. In this case it was quality service at a fair price. Mosquito Man gave us our backyard back! It is a miracle... we had mosquitos all day from April to October. It was so bad we called our house "Mosquito Acres." Enter mosquito man. They send their guys out every 2-3 weeks (there are different options) and our yard is mosquito free all summer! great customer service - the mosquito sprayers even changed my wife's tire one day! We tried Mosquito man because of horrible mosquitoes around our house near Weems creek. The first treatment may have worked a little, but we noticed little change. Mosquito man offered to retreat for free, which did not make any difference. We were on a plan where we call for treatment, but somehow they started coming automatically, and then billing us for it. They also billed us for the "free" treatment. I have tried to email them 3 times and the first one bounced back because the inbox was full, and there has been no response in 2 weeks to my other emails. I also noticed on the final (un-requested) treatment, that the guy they sent only sprayed half the yard, and was gone in about 5 minutes. All in all, when you combine poor customer service, 5 minutes of spraying for $79, and mediocre results....I'd try something else. I just wish there was something else!! read more

Last summer was the first summer I enjoyed my back yard since I moved here. I'm the one who gets bitten first and most so I never want to eat outside. Well- we ate on the deck as often as we ate inside- that's a first!! I got one bite the whole summer and it was down by the mailbox- fair territory for the pests. Another thing I noticed- fewer spiders around the outside of the house! Big perk! I guess if there's no food for them, the spiders won't hang around my house!
