The inspection and pest identification were free and the technician that came (Eric) was super helpful in explaining where our pests came from and what types of household pest control were useful. Ultimately, we did decide to purchase a one-time spray. I expected this to take place on another day, but Eric went to his vehicle and immediately sprayed! 24 hrs later, we have seen a significant reduction in pests. I am impressed with the communication and speed at which this company resolves issues. Additionally, I was told that there was a 30-day "guarantee" that if the infestation was not resolved, Key Pest would return to spray again. This is a great benefit if you have a persistent pest issue!
