I spoke with all the bigger names and they were over priced and tried to lock me into contract all before looking at the size of the hive and assessing the circumstances. I called after business hours, Shawn called me back that night and scheduled me immediately showing up the next day. Extremely prompt service! They removed a huge bald faced hornets nest for us this time around and Shawn explained everything he was doing as well as provide some excellent information about wasps, hornets and other aggressive insects. Derek came out today to help with an ant problem we have had around the house recently. My family and I absolutely love this company. Anytime our family has had a pest problem, guaranteed these guys have the solution. The technicians they send out are always incredibly knowledgeable about their trade and various methods of pest control. Today we had Derek come out, Derek was able to explain the procedure to me so I could explain it to my wife, who was very nervous about our pets, assuaging any fear that she had and telling us how long we had to keep the pets away from the treatment area. I called Key Pest Control in the early morning (they were the only ones already open at 6:45 am out of my whole Google search!) and they were at my house the same day after we woke up to find an army of ants in our kitchen. We had a terrible smell in our bathroom. And our plumber nor the air quality control people knew what it could be. I contacted Shawn thinking it might be a dead animal and he responded right away. He had Derek come out very next day. Derek was wonderful. He took His time exploring our attic, outside our home and vents in the house. He took off the panel of our tub thinking it might be under the tub. In the end he determined it was cat urine. We removed the bath mats and the smell dissipated. Key Pest was so helpful to me with my ant problem. They sent Derek, one their servicepeople, out to my house the same day I called. I had ants inside my house that I wasn't managing to kill on my own. He traced the problem to an outside area, exterminated them all and came back the next week to ensure that they were dead.
