That older quote was over double what Pest Quest wanted for a single treatment. Even the four-treatment package was a much better price point compared to the other company. We were able to get the wasps treated within less than 24 hours and they went away as Greg had mentioned. (The wasps were trying to create a nest on our home). More effective treatments. No stringing you along with repeat visits. Roaches: unlike the bigboys that you pay to have come repeatedly, have to empty cabinets, and the roaches die all over the place... his chemicals ended the roaches almost instantly, didn't have to empty anything, safe around animals, and didn't have to clean up roaches. On huge infestations (falling from ceiling), within 2 days there were no more live ones. So disgusting, and solved so quickly. Ants too: detected, found nest, got rid of. I didn't even know what's what the property had. He showed me the sawdust with body parts that's evidence of them.

The bees were coming in through a hole in the drywall. There were hundreds of bees throughout the room. My first thought was holy s&$! Alpha pest management was recommended by one of my neighbors. Justin called me back on the day when I put in a service request via their website. While I had to wait a bit that day to get a response (this is not a big firm with lots of sales agents and so forth), I spoke with Justin (an exterminator) himself. I didn't have to waste my time speaking to some sales agent. Just asked me to send some pictures of the bees. He immediately told me they were not carpenter bees, which do not sting, but hornets which do! He came the next day to take a look around and recommended taping up the hole in the drywall. This solved the immediate problem of hundreds of bees getting into the attic. Despite Monday being a holiday, he said he was available. He came with his associate, Phillip, who does the drywall repair. Overall, a very professional and positive experience. I am very happy that these @&$!ing hornets are dead.

STAY AWAY! Pest Now? Yes, that's what you'll have if you use them, pests now. I used them for 5…read moreyears and thought they were great but the last year+ their prices have gone up and results have been terrible. Inspectors spend less than 5 minutes onsite, going through the motions. Barely spraying, not even making an attempt to understand the problem. To boot, their customer service is terrible and due to an error on their own payment system they sent a $100 bill to collections (thankfully I resolved it after days of waiting for a response). When I emailed to cancel my quarterly service I got a very straightforward response, they didn't even attempt to correct the problem or at the very least understand why I was cancelling. Do not use them. If you don't believe me, read the other reviews. I went with another local company for half the price and they have actually made it a point to understand and treat the problem.
