Their approach felt aggressive rather than professional, and I was made uncomfortable by how forceful they were about access and services. This company does not respect customers, does not communicate honestly, and creates more frustration than solutions. I had to hunt down the gentleman we signed the contract with, who in turn had to hunt down the manager.
