I continued shopping and perusing the necessary items that I was able to find... until I couldn't find anymore. Matt, an associate, took the time to help me locate the remaining items that I needed. There were some that he ended up having to go to the back stockroom to retrieve (he ended up going to the back 2-3 times, God bless him!). I ended up being in the store for over an hour and a half, but the experience was pleasant and well worth it. Ronan my cashier helped me close out my order with speed and efficiency. The store manager Sarah-- you have a great staff! Dana, Matt & Ronan-- you guys rock. Thank you all so much for an awesome experience and for the great customer service. This will NOT be my last trip here!

ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS!!! And that was just for the set up; he wanted $20 for each shirt as well. Not to mention his rude and condescending attitude. There are much more affordable businesses in the area with better customer service, and if you do not mind shipping cost, customink.com is way more convenient. Bottom line: take your business elsewhere.

If you believe their hyperbolic advertising claims that Copper Fit high compression sports…read morerehabilitation sleeves can magically raise a 60 y/o throwing arm from the dead then I have four "guaranteed authentic" Babe Ruth signed baseballs that I'd love to sell. On the other hand, one of their copper infused ankle braces really did the trick while I was hobbled momentarily after overdoing it in the gym. My ankle felt much better and yet I never felt compelled to throw perfectly spiraled touchdown passes to Jerry Rice. I'll leave that to the advertising fantasists. Five stars for making it feel better.

But people who swear by it certainly seem to think it's great, so even if it's only a psychological help. It's still a help. I haven't used it for my injuries but I have bought one for a family member who has soccer injuries and he absolutely loves it. For this reason I give 3 stars despite the prices and my skepticism. The address (which I got from their website) is fake, it doesn't just sound fake but it's been officially spotted and confirmed as fake by awesome CT Yelper Jim C. The Proline rep said to change the measurements, but it still did not safely fit my car. In an attempt to return the rack I was told to get "authorization" from the manufacturer of the rack. That manufacturer can not be reached via phone. They did respond to my email stating, "I"m sorry that the rack does not fit your car", which means the rack does not fit my car. Proline Products expects me to pay return shipping which is $101. When someone buys a product and that product does not work as advertised, that product should be returned and not at the cost of the consumer. Apparently, this is how Proline Products consistently does business.

My regular pool people were no help but someone recommended calling up NED. Not only did the phone get answered by a human being at (literally) 4:45PM on Friday, July 3rd, the woman who answered it spent thirty full minutes with me talking through the problem and suggesting solutions, even texting me pictures and looking at pictures of my pool and offering her opinion and insight--without me even being a customer! And on top of that, she proactively pointed out that NED might not be able to make it out to my property (pretty far away) in the immediate future and she recommended alternative providers who could help me out faster--i.e., she wasn't even helping me to make a sale.
