Email responses are faster than any manufacturer I've dealt with prior, and out of more parts than I can count and numerous orders, NDZ has been nothing short of perfect. Below you will see a packing slip that is written on by hand by an American who took the time to check every single order for accuracy and completion. Not to mention they accomplish that every time within 1-2 business days at the most, often same day. Their inventory has always been correct and even had multiple options, and the quality of their parts has not failed through thousands of rounds through different builds. Every one of my orders shipped within 2 business days and was validated by an American in Connecticut. I cannot speak to whomever has had a negative experience, however I have had too many positive ones to not speak out to how they have conducted their business with me. The staff there is happy to give guidance and help any way they can. Probably should mention that all of this is accomplished while still keeping pricing at or below industry standard. I've contacted their customer service department SEVEN times for updates and each time they say there's no news from their technician. When I asked what my options were: they refused to refund because they haven't evaluated it yet. When asked for an estimated time to process for repair or replacement, they said 2-6 weeks. When I explained it's been 8 weeks they could only offer that they're "busy." $1200 for a lemon and poor communication is unacceptable in any industry. Save your money.
