I continued shopping and perusing the necessary items that I was able to find... until I couldn't find anymore. Matt, an associate, took the time to help me locate the remaining items that I needed. There were some that he ended up having to go to the back stockroom to retrieve (he ended up going to the back 2-3 times, God bless him!). I ended up being in the store for over an hour and a half, but the experience was pleasant and well worth it. Ronan my cashier helped me close out my order with speed and efficiency. The store manager Sarah-- you have a great staff! Dana, Matt & Ronan-- you guys rock. Thank you all so much for an awesome experience and for the great customer service. This will NOT be my last trip here!

On the other hand, one of their copper infused ankle braces really did the trick while I was hobbled momentarily after overdoing it in the gym. My ankle felt much better and yet I never felt compelled to throw perfectly spiraled touchdown passes to Jerry Rice. I'll leave that to the advertising fantasists. Five stars for making it feel better.

Proline Products expects me to pay return shipping which is $101. When someone buys a product and that product does not work as advertised, that product should be returned and not at the cost of the consumer.
