Pro Gym Supply didn't try to persuade me with cheesy sales pitches or pressure sales gimmicks - they offered fair-market pricing, transparency, speedy delivery, and a team of dedicated people working to ensure that I was happy with every step of the process. I felt respected as an informed customer. When I called to ask about their current inventory of arc trainers, I was surprised that they offered a price on the 620A well below that of other retailers. I was happy to learn that they had a newer model for less than what every other retailer (that I came across) was charging for much older equipment. I was a bit suspicious about the pricing differences, and I'm guessing they picked up on that during our conversation because they invited me to their facility to evaluate the different models and learn more about their business. Amit (salesperson) and his partners went out of their way to schedule a weekend appointment for me because I work long hours in Manhattan and wouldn't be able to commute during the regular work-week. The confirmed our weekend appointment as the date approached, and made certain that they would have someone there early on a Saturday morning (I'm assuming this meant that they were giving up personal time/time with family to meet with me). When I arrived at the Pro Gym Supply facility, I was blown away by its size. I had no idea that they housed and re-manufactured so much equipment. Amit showed me the arc trainer models and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and thorough knowledge of the machines. He let me test the machine while on the floor, answered all of my questions, and took me on a tour of the facility. I was interested in learning more about how the equipment is prepared for customers and he was happy to show me. I saw equipment being stripped/cleaned, painted and reassembled, and I got to meet the people who re-manufacture the equipment. Amit took the time to show me a few machines that he was custom building for customers and the Pro Gym Supply showroom. He answered every one of my many questions and went the extra mile to show me examples whenever he could. After showing me nearly every piece of equipment and taking me through the preparation process, we sat down for the ordering session. I asked some tough questions about the business model/pricing and Amit was transparent and genuine in his responses. He never once dodged a question - he gave me honest answers and created a dialogue of respect. It was clear from our interactions that Amit values integrity and is passionate about his work. Amit and his team were very sensitive to my scheduling needs and provided a speedy delivery. Despite providing the shipping team with the incorrect specs, they worked hard to make sure that the equipment was set-up in the desired room in my home. The ordeal required much more work than they had anticipated, but they never once appeared disgruntled. The delivery team disassembled the machine and came up with a creative strategy for fitting the machine through a narrow doorway. They were gentle on the equipment, organized, and very polite. After an extended delivery appointment, they could have very well charged me extra, but the only follow up I received after they left was a check-in from Amit, who wanted to make sure I was happy with my equipment/delivery. Pro Gym Supply is run by a team of true professionals - I have never experienced such fantastic customer service. I plan to order additional equipment from Pro Gym Supply and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for in-home equipment solutions. I can't say enough great things about this company or its people. 100% satisfied with every aspect of the experience.

Christine Wright who is their Sales Specialist is very knowledgeable. If she doesn't have something, she will work hard to find it and will call me when she gets it. When purchasing a treadmill (because she knew me, my training style and the space in my home) she recommended the best treadmill. I love it and use it daily, when on days when I do run outside. I contacted Used Fitness Sales when the first repair company which was sent by the business I purchased the bike from did very little to alleviate the situation. Used Fitness sent Antonio Morales who is a Manager at the company, and he replaced the flywheel bearings, put the bike back together and it now runs like it is brand new. The repair cost was very reasonable. This is a great fitness company, and kudos to Antonio Morales who did a fantastic repair job

If you're trying to buy a $300 treadmill go to your local Walmart this place is full of gym quality equipment. I found this place when I was trying to demo a Water rower (rowing machine), this was the nearest location that had one that Jessica and I could try. Location: Right on Riverdale St next to the Cyber Exchange Computer store. One thing that is good about the location is its not in a shopping center/mall so you don't have alot of foot traffic/ casual observers that may take away from your customer experience. Most people that come to this store are looking to buy something, so this affords you the opportunity to pepper the sales rep with questions. Equipment: After deciding on the rower we spent the next hour trying the different machines. They even have the revolving steps from biggest loser!!! That shit is hard let me tell you. They also have top of the line treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, and devices that employ the use of your own body weight. Staff: We were helped by Craig. He was very knowledgeable and could even speak in technical terms about the different technology that set their equipment apart from your standard treadmill, he was also in shape so this added some validity to his claims. When we ordered our rower he told us the date it would arrive. When I called upon the date it was supposed to arrive I got told by a different sales rep it wouldn't be arriving due to delivery issues. I explained my displeasure because my schedule wouldn't allow me to pick it up for another week. The sales rep called Craig who went to the warehouse and brought it to the store on his day off. Anywhere that cares about its customers that much is worthy of your business for the long haul. Bottom line go here if you're looking to buy some equipment for your home gym these guys really know their stuff and they'll make sure you're happy with the experience.
