January 30th I purchased a BodyCraft T800 treadmill for close to $5000. First time I went outside…read morejust a simple sporting goods store. But I wanted to give them a chance. From day one we had issues. I made clear my delivery address but somehow the gentlemen delivering the treadmill couldn't find my home. The team that delivered the treadmill assembled it incorrectly. No speakers, no problem (actually for $5000 it is a problem), but OK, I was told I needed to use a headset while working out because if I wanted to use a specific app via the HDMI connection. The volume on the panel is also another issue. The BodyCraft engineers claim they are aware of the low volume issue but their software folks have not figured out an update. Had to download and print the users manual myself. Just recently an electrical issue started up. Get about 5, 15 and 30 minutes into the run and the screen goes blank and treadmill shuts down. Then it reboots but 10 minutes later it would shut down again. Found the error code and sent to BodyCraft, so they sent out a communication module for the panel. 2 weeks later finally get someone out to install the circuit board. Technician said oh this is easy, it should be 30 minutes, well 2+ hours later he was finally done. The next day I was going for a run, BUT panel/screen frozen, couldn't operate the fan and the fan stays ON all the time. Possibly be a fire hazard. That same day I reached out to Gym Source and was told someone would reach out to me on the 21st of June. Well it is now the 29th of June and I am yet to hear from ANYONE from BodyCraft or Gym Source. Repeated and multiple issues. I don't know about you but a treadmill of $5000 should be FLAWLESS. I could understand very minor issues but this many issues on a machine that cost close to $5000 is utterly ridiculous. But more distasteful is the severe lack of customer service.

Really can't say enough positive things about the team and all of my experiences with them.

I contacted Johnson Fitness & Wellness to ask about rubber tiles for the home gym we build in our…read morebasement. They were very nice and professional, sold me the tiles and put me in touch with a wonderful installer. The problem is, they installed the tile on bare concrete - I actually asked the installer if there needed to be any finishing first...he assured me that it didn't. It laid directly on the concrete. Well while the work was ongoing on the rest of the house and the AC units were not connected yet, at the first heat wave about 3 weeks later, mold quickly grew on the mats. I didn't get even a days use. I have since been told by multiple people that a vapor blocker - even a coat of waterproof paint - would have prevented this. Very sadly Johnson Fitness & Wellness takes zero responsibility - they don't stand behind their products or their work, and my $3,100 purchase is now lost due to their lack of understanding how their product needed to be installed.

Christine Wright who is their Sales Specialist is very knowledgeable. If she doesn't have something, she will work hard to find it and will call me when she gets it. When purchasing a treadmill (because she knew me, my training style and the space in my home) she recommended the best treadmill. I love it and use it daily, when on days when I do run outside. If you are looking to build your own home gym or just looking for smaller items, this is the place to go. Their warehouse is a wonderful and has so much equipment!
