I wasn't home when they were cleaning the place but my wife was and her impression of them was that the crew was nice and professional. What more could you want? So that was a good thing. They finished in a reasonable amount of time which I'm always thankful for. When they were done, they made sure to add a few extra finishing touches like adding little bows on top of the toilet paper in the bathroom. That was a unique touch that really set them aside. Great job! Now for the cons. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could because these aren't really cons, just small details from what I noticed. When I first walked in, I could tell right off that they really scrubbed this place down. There was a strong chemical smell throughout the house like they REALLY went in. No big deal, because the cleanliness of the place supported the smell in a good way. Just a heads up, if you have small children or pets that you're concerned with getting into any lingering chemicals, I'd pay the extra money to have them use eco friendly products. But with that said, going into the point of them REALLY going in, I mean they REALLY went in. I pay a lot of attention to small details and I noticed over the next few hours a few things around the house were not how I left them. For example, I have an ambient light switch in the living room that's always set to one color that I choose (I'm the only one in the house that uses it). When I went to turn it on that night, it was a different color. This tells me that they crew likely made sure the dust or wipe down the remote. Great! But then I noticed a few other things like a small section of the paint peeling by my front door which I won't ding them for because that section already stood out to me before but this was the first time it had started to peel. This tells me that they maybe dusted or vacuumed in that corer and maybe nocked it lose? Other things like my dog camera not working and it turns out they switched the light switched that it was plugged into to off. There were small details like this that I noticed over the course of the next few hours to days after the fact, Again, this isn't a ding against them necessarily, more so a "great work, just be a little bit more gentle and mindful next time please". Other than that, I wouldn't use this as a reason not to hire them again because the overall job they did far outweighs these small minor details.

My home is generally well-kept, so this was meant to be a focused deep clean on a few areas. Around the 1 hour 15 minute mark, I was contacted and told they would need an additional hour, which I found surprising given there were two cleaners and the task list was minimal. When I arrived back at the house at the two-hour mark (after they said they were finished), I immediately noticed the kitchen floor didn't look clean. I asked them to go back over it, but even after that, I saw multiple areas that were missed. Corners of baseboards still had visible debris, and some baseboards looked like they hadn't been touched at all. There was pink residue left around the sink drain, the showerhead wasn't cleaned, and there was long hair left in the shower, bathrooms, and on the floors -- which isn't mine. The windows had streaks, and overall it seemed like many areas were quickly wiped down rather than cleaned thoroughly. For such a small list of tasks, I expected better attention to detail and thoroughness. Unfortunately, the work felt rushed and incomplete, and I will not be booking this service again.

They particularly asked what kind of chemicals we prefer and we said whatever that can get the carpet cleaned. They then sent two cleaning ladies (who were late for half an hour). I gave them my phone number to call me once the place is done, but they never called and left with the door unlocked, carpet uncleaned, and various other places uncleaned. I then communicated with the manager, manager said they can't clean the carpet (which they agreed to at the first place and was the reason I hired them in the first place) and found another carpet cleaning company to do it, at extra $550. I asked for a discount because the work was not done well, e.g. even surface of cabinet and floor uncleaned, manager gave me $20 off, and with many back and forth, sent back the ladies to finish the cleaning, which delayed our showing of the place by two days. After the second cleaning, I was going to pay them, they said they will take the $20 discount back because they came back finished the cleaning - not that I care $20 that much, with such service and all the time and efforts used to communicate with them and the delayed showing of my rental property, I would think taking back $20 discount at last minute is ridiculous, but I am exhausted communicating with them, will definitely not recommend them -- Follow up - They accused me lying on google review and try to twist what happened (go check it there if you want) and i have to paste the screenshots of the texts to prove I'm not, avoid this business

I moved out of my 2bed 2 bath condo and needed a deep cleaning service asap to have it be ready for renters to view. When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction.
